What's that one fix I want? SOUL MEMORY REVAMP!
Right now it completely gimps archers! I really really appreciate that they were trying to protect people at the start of the game, but any fight I get into is always against a person who has these huge vast wealths of health, and hit like a truck! All because I need to spend souls on arrows, and that gimps my SM.
MY suggestion, is to instead of having soul memory, have soul VALUE, which tallies up how many souls it takes to get to your level, and to create the most expensive pieces of equipment in your inventory. This allows people to spend as many souls as they want on arrows, while at the same time preventing ganking based on equipment.

Waiting on the PC version of this, and watching this video it looks like Bows are pretty massively improved. Better firing speed and movement look to be the most paramount of factors, and if ADP does increase firing speed, that's a godsend. I was hoping there might be a way to increase movement speed while drawing, but that'd be pretty broken compared to DS1's bows haha. Thank you for the video!

IMO greatbows were awesome in the first one, was a big part of why bow only was bearable. The ability to knock people flat on their ass was awesome.

I see people are missing the part where you are right, it ISN'T metal -- it isn't supposed to be. Its metal and jpop melded together, bit of both, but not really either. While I don't think its the greatest thing ever, its not fair to call it utter garbage purely on its merits as metal -- it isn't just metal.

Okay, here's the ONE thing I was worried about: The new adaptability stat, you mention that one of the things that it does is reduce damage, particularly in the case of arrows. In DS1, I am a MASSIVE user of bows, so much so that my loadout is just a composite bow and Gough's bow. Do you think adaptability is something that will make bows unviable for PvP? Or is it more to defend against people who do not specialize in using bows?

Well, due to my lack of having done this before, I ended up putting a scratch through the LCD itself! But, given the condition of the previous screen lens, overall it is an improvement.

Hey, what is your opinion on S Video? I'm more referring to use on a CRT, since scanlines actually help a lot of games, but would you say that compared to SCART, are they pretty comparable? I know S Video has 4 pins and I'd imagine a lot of that is to seperate the signal similar to how SCART does.

Now, I use the Logitech SpeedForce (Yes, I know most pros scoff at it, but hear me out), and I notice this technique LOOKS extremely similar to simply using the Air brake, which I've noticed behaves differently with the Speedforce as opposed to the GCN controller. I'm wondering, would MTS on the Logitech then just be doing an MT with a power slide?

I love this video. I'm doing my own similar run (except not SL1), and watching this has made it painfully obvious how silly of me it is to try fighting all the enemies in the way. So hahaha! I take this one video as teaching me a monument of information.
