I continually search Brisbane for land close to the city that we can build a good property on that will produce results. These properties are unique in some way and are built to a high standard.

This is a block of land that I have identified as being a potential investment property build. Compared to other land in the area it is well priced and larger than the average block of land in the area. The estate is already established with highly presentable properties in either side of it.

If you're looking for a very sound investment that will pay for itself, produce a small profit and rise in value very quickly, look at this opportunity.
You will never see me promote those house and land packages in an estate somewhere out the back of Ipswich. With my track record of producing results, I can only afford to find the best and present them to my clients.

We have been looking further into the Brisbane Unit market and can honestly say that this is a high risk investment area. If we as Brisbane Buyers Agents are to assist you in investing your money   and the unit market is going to be highly over supplied in the coming years and whilst it might get you closer to the Brisbane CBD, it will have a high chance of being vacant for long periods of time and has a high risk of loosing value.
