This place is incredible and everyone giving one and two stars are so SO stuck up. Especially the "I had to clean my own trash can" *one star* guy. Stay here and you will LOVE IT. BOTTOM LINE.

Our family stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach in the summer of 2014. I just wanted to let everyone know how amazing this hotel is. Every employee went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms were very clean, and very close to the beach. I can't wait to go back this year. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Service at the desk was always pleasant and very helpful with all our questions. Room was big and clean. Very easy walk to the beach. Wifi was very very fast, probably the fastest I've ever experienced at a hotel. Not a lot of sound proofing at the doors unfortunately. Would stay here again.

horrible, unless you like your room with a view (on the beach), to be the view of the gift shop. The restaurant food was horrible. I ordered 4 meals hoping that one would be etable. Something is going on down here in Florida. All the food tastes the same. This is the reason the Chains are so successful. They do not buy the junk from SYSCO. The room was nice, but the confusing elevators, the confusing hallway access to rooms, the darkness of the room because there was no external lightning from the window? Only the flourescent lights from the giftshop? Only plus, beyond nice threadcount sheets and a clean room, is the starbucks in the lobby and their staff. Very friendly. Highlight of my stay.

Everything was fine at check in the two gentleman were polite and courteous. As we went about our day we noticed there was still someone else's soap in the shower and was never cleaned. So we then alerted the front desk and they said they would take care of it immediately so we went to dinner and came back and thought nothing of it. While we were at dinner they actually cleaned the room towels etc and left 2 trash cans full of trash so when we returned the trash cans were full so I proceeded to take them out myself because the housekeeping cart was 2 doors down in the hallway. As I dumped the trash out myself the housekeepers didn't attempt to help or say anything really just watched me as I cleaned my own trashcans. We were staying in a whirlpool suite (the best room they offer) and as we walk in the hallway right by our room it smells like the back end of a trashcan of the kitchen at all times which was disgusting. So after I cleaned my own trashcans I notice that the soap in the shower still wasn't cleaned and they have already cleaned the room. Overall the stay was unpleasant and to top it off the two ladies at the front desk (pamela and jordan) were very rude and unpleasant and made us feel awful for asking for a late check out (which we were told our check out was 4pm when we checked in). "You should feel lucky and no one gets that" (is what the front desk ladies told us) and the housekeepers have to stay late to accomdate you. This was our honeymoon and we wanted to not be rushed. What a honeymoon-- unsanitary room, cleaning our own room and having terrible room service to top it off (our order was made wrong and they told us they would fix it - instead they closed the kitchen and we never got our food). When we went to the front desk to tell them about the room service issue (Jordan) had a big attitude saying "I don't handle that you have to go to the restaurant I don't know". I just felt flabbergasted and unnerved by the whole situation I just wanted it to be over. Not to be treated like an idiot for explaining the situation. Do not put yourself through this - we would have been better off staying at motel 6!

ROACHES, WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I just stayed there overnight for the Spacecoast half/full Marathon on 11/29-11/30, and talk about horrid. First off it was an over price, weird layout so called Royal Suit. When I checked in, I asked if I could get a late check out since their hotel was used as one of the "host" hotels for the race. Immediately the manager said, "We don't do late check outs" I was so bothered by that because I know it would take time to get "back to the hotel because of the race, drive and the multiple stops that had to be made. Instead of taking on the cost for an extra night, I had to drop out of my future marathon and go with the half. The next morning, i woke up to Roaches all over the bathroom, I had to immediately throw my toothbrush out and took pictures so that they would know. As I was leaving the room at 4 am to get the bus for the race, there was no one at the front desk to let them know what happened, I was so disgusted by the situation, I came back to my room, got my things, checked out told them and nothing was done other than, "We never had this problem before". I did the survey, and the general manager responds to me and tells me, "yes we do give late check outs because there was a lot of people doing this race, and they were able to get check outs". I was so shocked and upset because my friends were able to get check outs as late as 3pm from other hotels. Well they don't have to worry about me anymore, I have stayed in excellent hotels, this is nothing compared to where I've stayed and the services I received. I just got back from Dubai and stayed at the Atlantis hotel and it was exemplary services. This is no where near Atlantis but at least treat your customers with class and fairness. The only thing that saves this hotel is the Starbucks that's in there and restaurant, or else...good luck or should I say maybe someone else will have better luck than I did.

Really like this hotel. It has everything within it for easy travel. The rooms are nice and clean and covered parking garage is attached.Easy beach access. John and Heather at the front desk are really great I had a newborn and they were so quick and helpful it made everything so much more pleasant. The housekeeping staff is also very nice. Great stay overall. Thank you for taking Patrick AFB 920th Reservists at your hotel and supporting the military!

I was disappointed when I got to the hotel and realized it wasn't directly on the beach. It was my fault I didn't research it but I had paid and it was non refundable. When I told the front desk about it they apologized and said one minute and disappeared into the back. They refunded my money and gave me suggestionson where to go to have direct Beach access. Very friendly staff.
