Shell and Toyota move forward with hydrogen facility for freight at Port of Long Beach
SAN FRANCISCO, April 19, 2018 – Equilon Enterprises LLC, doing business as Shell Oil Products US (“Shell”), and Toyota have been provisionally awarded $8 million by the California Energy Commission (CEC) to develop the first hydrogen-truck refueling station at the Port of Long Beach.

DECATUR, TEXAS (April 18, 2018)—Toyota took home top hardware at this year’s Texas Auto Writers Association’s (TAWA) Texas Auto Roundup and earned first-place spots with 2019 Avalon (Full-Size Car), 2019 Corolla Hatchback (Compact Car), and 2018 Camry (Mid-Size Car). Additionally, Avalon won TAWA’s award for Best New Interior.

Toyota NASCAR drivers will compete in three televised races from Tennessee’s Bristol Motor Speedway over the weekend, while the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series will kick off their season at Wild Horse Motorsports Park in Arizona in an event that will be tape delayed for broadcast. USAC will contest a pair of non-televised races at Indiana’s Kokomo Speedway over the weekend.
