So...Per MS, noip.com
is a willing party because they refuse to take action against abuses happening on the subdomains that they have registered, and the proof of notification to noip is that there are articles by security firms stating that there is abuse happening on their dns subdomains.
There are also articles by security firms stating that MS hosts illegal and malicious software on their cloud sharing, as well as distributing spam through their hotmail/msn email systems. And of course, the 'bad agents' of the whole topic are the botnets that are created through the distribution of this malware that turns only MS machines into bots.
It sounds like maybe all MS services and OS's should be removed from the net, because MS has repeatedly been made aware of these, even proving their knowledge of it through legal cases like this, and yet have not done enough to prevent the abuse.
...Or is that too heavy handed?
