We'll be at the Blairstown Farmer's Market this week with fun Makers in Motion activities including stomp rockets, paper claws, a Bolo balance board and more.

Also, register for Maker Camp TODAY at the market, and receive a FREE subscription to MAKE Magazine!

Donations of clean 2-liter soda bottles, disposable water bottles, duct tape and clean plastic lids to food storage containers for use in future projects would be appreciated.

Science and Swim submarines at the Belvidere pool yesterday! Not only do kids learn valuable lesson on density and volume displacement when making submarines, the trial-and-error of getting the ballast just right is  great engineering design cycle activity.

Instructions for the project are on my website at:http://www.enrichscience.com/2014/06/water-bottle-submarines/
