Q: What do I need to get started meditating?
A: Not much. Just a few minutes and a way to get quiet are a great start. Perhaps commit to focusing on your breath for 2 minutes.

Q: What are the benefits of meditation in my daily life?
A: Meditation provides increased health, reduced stress and greater clarity.
It also provides spiritual perspective. As one cultivates a meditation practice and gets to know themselves as a spiritual being, what matters changes. What we value evolves. Life becomes more meaningful and joyous.
