Fr. Pavone’s Heroic Virtue Might Have Won the Election
By Jamey Brown
Fr. Frank Pavone was sacrificing himself. He knew that all hell would come after him: the media, the pro-choicers, the left, even clergy, his superiors, even Catholics, and pro-lifers.

He was practicing heroic virtue—on the biggest public stage of all, during a monumentally important national election. For the number one leadership position in the world. He was sacrificing himself for the life of one single child.

Not for one candidate, or political party, or for personal glory, but to shock people and wake them from their sleep about the horrors of abortion—to help stop it. For the life of one single little child.

No matter what happened to him, he didn’t care. He just wanted to stop the killing. To sacrifice himself for one single little child. Amen...

For the life of one single little child. Amen.

Fr. Pavone’s Heroic Virtue Might Have Won the Election
By Jamey Brown

“Fr. Pope Francis put a beach ball on the altar after World Youth Day in Rio to bless and honor the kids. Maybe you critics of Fr. Frank Pavone should fire off an email to the Holy Father to straighten him out. There’s an excellent article supporting Fr. Frank in Catholic Stand recently about this. I really hope that you guys criticizing Father would point your guns the other way. You’re shooting at the wrong side.

Father is a 40-year front-line commander in the vicious pro-life movement. His experience and knowledge is vastly more than yours or mine. That’s why I defer to his judgement above anyone’s—anyone’s.
His bishop could reprimand him and he would obey. It doesn’t always mean the bishop is right. Many of our saints were so reprimanded—often wrongly. St. John of the Cross was beaten and locked up. St. Padre Pio was forbidden to conduct the Mass for a while. Their bishops were wrong. It’s very hard, well-nigh impossible, to see with Father’s vision which has been honed by his battle experience.

Fr. Pavone Adviser to the President-elect

He is an adviser to the President-elect. He sees things on a plane far above even the most knowledgeable scholars and theologians.
He is being sued by the Obama administration and still could face imprisonment and massive fines if things go badly.
I don’t know if you are aware of the ramifications of this election even beyond anti-abortion. It was pro-life for all of us. The evil forces that Hillary Clinton was only the front for, could have literally annihilated and enslaved millions, even you or I, over time. They are the global elites who are radical Cultural Marxist/Alinskyites. I’ll link an article I wrote about this. http://www.catholicstand.com/the-master-of-conflict.../...

Clinton’s Cultural Marxists Want to Destroy Religion and Family

They are atheists who want to destroy religion and destroy the family because those are the two things that deter a person’s loyalty to the almighty state. Dr. Paul Kengor’s monumental book Takedown: From Communists to Progressives, How the Left Has Sabotaged Family and Marriage https://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=paul+kengor+takedown&tag=googhydr-20&index=stripbooks&hvadid=153693176855&hvpos=1t1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=17547877012794243310&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9011910&hvtargid=kwd-157635722479&ref=pd_sl_93tr2982g9_b elaborates on this.
They could have killed and enslaved hundreds of millions as did Stalin, Mao, Castro, etc. When I was young the Cuban missile crisis with the communist Soviet Union’s Nikita Khrushchev came within an hour of killing much of the American population. I hope and pray that criticizers of Fr. Frank turn around and point their swords at the enemy.

Supreme Court Was Top Voter Issue

This bold action by our foremost pro-life leader, just days before the vote might have swung the election. Fox News reports that the top number of voters said that the Supreme Court was the most significant issue for them. What are the Supreme Court issues?--the top one is pro-life, followed by religious freedom, and protection of family and marriage. These are the issues I voted on.

Did Father Get People’s Attention?—Yes!

Father did something wildly bold. Did he get people to watch?—Yes, many thousands saw his video. Did he sway hearts and minds?—Yes, I think any reasonable person would agree. Did he sway the election? I would have to think so. Michigan was won by a mere 10 thousand votes, Wisconsin 22 thousand, and Pennsylvania 58 thousand. I would have to say, yes, he did sway the election. Thanks be to God.

You wouldn’t break a law for a greater good? You wouldn’t swerve to the wrong side of the street to avoid hitting a child. Well, Father was trying to save children’s lives too.

Amen.

Heroic Virtue:

“Virtues that greatly outdistance those of ordinary good people

“The notion of heroicity is derived from hero, originally a warrior, a demigod; hence it connotes a degree of bravery, fame, and distinction which places a man high above his fellows. St. Augustine first applied the pagan title of hero to the Christian martyrs; since then the custom has prevailed of bestowing it not only on martyrs, but on all confessors whose virtues and good works greatly outdistance those of ordinary good people. Benedict XIV, whose chapters on heroic virtue are classical, thus describes heroicity: "In order to be heroic a Christian virtue must enable its owner to perform virtuous actions with uncommon promptitude, ease, and pleasure, from supernatural motives and without human reasoning, with self-abnegation and full control over his natural inclinations.” An heroic virtue, then, is a habit of good conduct that has become a second nature, a new motive power stronger than all corresponding inborn inclinations, capable of rendering easy a series of acts each of which, for the ordinary man, would be beset with very great, if not insurmountable, difficulties.”

Here's why I defend Fr. Frank and support him, this wizened front line war commander, 100%:
Would that the people attacking and gossiping—which is a sin—about Fr. Frank would attack pro-abortion with 1/100th of that fury.

My Letter to Fr. Pavone

My letter to Fr. Frank Pavone of Priests for Life two weeks ago:
I support Fr. Frank 100%. His iron-jawed leadership might have swung the election for LIFE. The Supreme Court was the vital issue for a significant number of voters. Would that we had 10,000 more like him.
God bless him, this titan of the pro-life movement. He’s been playing smash-mouth football with the Big Abortion Cartel for 40 years on the vicious front lines of abortion clinics.

He’s been attacked every step along the way by the Culture of Death, and even pro-lifers who say his tactics break the rules, are not prim and proper, are not polite. That sounds like wolves in sheep’s clothing to me? I am deeply troubled and I oppose Catholics who publicly criticize, gossip, and calumniate about our clergy. It foments dissension in the Church, it is an attack on the Body of Christ, and it is a sin to gossip and calumniate about others. It feeds right into the Culture of Death’s lust to say and do anything against the Catholic Church because their fervent desire is to destroy it. They love these criticisms. They are eating them up. They are dancing on the graves of the 60 million little souls killed by abortion. Good work, guys!

Jesus Said Criticize “Between Thee and Him Alone”

If Catholics have a problem with a member of the clergy they should tell them privately or take it his superior.
Never in public: “Between thee and him alone”!!! Jesus said that!

“Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault BETWEEN THEE AND HIM ALONE: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
But if he will not hear [thee, then] take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell [it] unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.” Matthew 18:15-17

Why are they sinning on this by publicly gossiping about a brother?

Pope Francis Never Publicly Criticizes—Never!

Does Pope Francis publicly criticize clergy? No—never! Cardinals and other clergy have said and done terrible things but he NEVER publicly gossips about them. He might do it in private, but since it’s private, no one will ever know.

When Jesus drove the money changers out of the temple with a whip, did he break the temple rules? Was it extreme, or not the “proper” way to do it? The same for when he healed the man on the Sabbath. Oh, the Pharisees had a meltdown; they attacked him with every law, and every footnote of law. Yes, their lawyers used every legal trick to condemn him. They tried to tear him apart with “the law.” G.K. Chesterton puts it bluntly, “When learned men have to use their reason, I generally discover that they haven’t got any.” Bravo, G.K. The finest writer of the modern age has discovered some deep truths along the way.

Jesus divinely educated the “learned” Pharisees about his healing on the Sabbath--in Matthew 21:4--by referring to when David gave his 400 starving soldiers the holy bread reserved for the temple priests.

Fr. Pavone’s Judgement Is Realms Above Our Own

I trust the judgement, the discernment, and the decisions of our front-line field commander Fr. Frank far more than ANYONE’S!–ANYONE’S!!! It is vastly more honed, because of his 40 years of battlefield experience, to what it takes to save lives, to change hearts and minds. If what he did with the aborted baby—who he had already been given a funeral, and had been seen by a pathologist, and it was in the chapel in his office—if it saved one human life, or changed one heart or mind of one person, I absolutely approve of it.

If I Were That Baby I’d Say, “Yes, Show Them My Mutilated Body!”

If I were that baby and I had been horribly mutilated by an abortion I would have said, “Yes, yes, show the world what they did to me! SO THAT IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, and the butchers will be exposed.”

When a 15-year old black man Emmitt Till had been horribly killed by racists in 1955 his mother insisted on an open casket at the funeral, to show the world what they did to her son. SO THAT IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! The viewing and publicized photos of that boy changed minds arounds the world and prevented lynchings and other atrocities. SO THAT IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!

Eisenhower Forced Germans to View Atrocity of Death Camps

When Gen. Eisenhower liberated the concentration camps during WWII he ordered the citizens of the towns—who claimed they didn’t know what was going on there—to tour the camps to see the horror. Were the families of the victims or the press outraged? No, it stopped further deaths and persecutions of Jewish people. SO THAT IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!

The photos of blacks in America who had been lynched or whipped during slavery, and the following racial persecution, actually awoke my own mind, and countless others, to those atrocities. It inspired action from countless people to end this. SO THAT IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!

Rev. Martin Luther King Broke Earthly Laws

Did the Rev. Martin Luther fear being outrageous? No, he broke unjust laws and went to jail for his protests. Anti-war protesters did too.

Pope John Paul II Defied Communist’s “Laws”

Did Pope John Paul II and the Solidarity Movement in Poland go against the “proper” and “legal” way of doing it?
The Russians told him not to speak about God when he visited his enslaved country of Poland. It was against the “law,” said the atheist Communists.
But he spoke about God; a million Poles were there and they heard his impassioned words, and they cheered him, and chanted “We want God!” They together ignited the firestorm that liberated a continent from Communism.

I would hope that pro-lifers who attack our good Fr. Frank so ferociously would attack the pro-abortion movement with 1/100th of that ferocity--we might have gotten a little further in the past 43 years. But this new dawn of the pro-life election victory has illuminated our future and with Fr. Frank, the servant of Jesus, leading our way we are filled with jubilant hope. I support Fr. Frank 110%.

Obama’s Eulogy for Karl Marx:

It is with heavy heart and deep sadness that I was alerted today that legendary communist leader Karl Marx has died. Although he actually died in 1883, I just found out about it a few hours ago. Everyone around me was always talking about him, as we passed the smoke, like he was still alive. I figured he was just living on one of Putin’s yachts, or in Angela Merkel’s lingerie closet.

Karl Marx, probably the greatest man who ever lived. The man who planted the progressive new commandments into the minds of nearly every college student: “Religion must be destroyed. The family must be destroyed. All wealth seized by the state and given to the students and the politicians, I mean, to the people.”

His death comes the same month as the greatest tragedy in world history: the defeat of George Soros, I mean, Hillary Clinton at the polls.
Her and I had painstaking drawn up a plan to allow only progressive students and other people to walk the streets. Elaborate internment camps we designed for the cave people who would not evolve and progress. Like all our work it was thorough, visionary, and designed for maximum profits for us, I mean, the American people.

But I for one—although I speak for billions—am still in shock at Comrade Karl’s passing . I’ve been in my crying room all day with little red teddy bears and toy AK-47’s, just romantically cuddling them. I’ve even summoned former Secretary of the Treasury Hillary’s—whoops, I mean Secretary of State (we always called her “Miss Secretary of the Treasury” because she had acquired quite a treasury). But as I was saying, Hillary’s doctors have given me a cornucopia of pain medication. Frankly, I found better stuff than this on the streets of Chicago, but despite my ordeal, I will get through somehow.

Yes, the great Karl Marx is dead but at least his descendants Groucho, Chico, and Harpo have achieved great fame—and that’s the whole ball game, ain’t it? But remember, you don’t have to imitate them, joking and making people smile. I encourage you to strike out like their great grandfather and continue rioting, destroying, and assaulting people—it’s the only way to prove how smart you are.

Well, like I always said, “Change you can believe in.” Let’s keep following Comrade Marx and progressing and evolving. Humanity is always changing for the better. And let’s keep speeding up that change. Look at how triumphantly I have fundamentally transformed America in just 8 short years?

And like Hillary paraphrased me, without giving me even one single, solitary, iota of acknowledgement, “Religious beliefs have to be changed.”

Ch-ch-ch-changes, right on! I mean, “left” on!

My Recent Letter to Fr. Frank Pavone of Priests for Life

"If I were that baby and I had been horribly mutilated by an abortion, and someone had asked me up in heaven, I would have said, 'Yes, yes, show the world what they did to me! So that it will never happen again, and the butcher’s will be exposed.'”

Fr. Pavone’s bold actions might have won the election for pro-life. He was practicing heroic virtue--sacrificing yourself totally for the good of another person. "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends," said Jesus in John 15:13.

Fr. Frank Pavone was sacrificing himself. He knew that all hell would come after him: the media, the pro-choicers, the left, even clergy, his superiors, even Catholics, and pro-lifers. Life Trumps Death, Always
Jamey Brown • November 2, AD2016 • 0 Comments
life

I drive a cab in New York City, and when I am in the East Village, I stop in front of the Margaret Sanger Center, operated by Planned Parenthood. I sprinkle some Holy Water on the pavement and say a prayer for life, and to stop the killing of the unborn, of all people. I pray too for the Planned Parenthood workers that they leave that business and find other work, maybe even in life-giving work, such as And Then There Were None. I invoke the names of Saints Michael, Gabriel, Gianna Molla, Joseph, Peter, and Our Blessed Mother. I also invoke the names of some probable saints-to-be, specifically Mother Angelica and Venerable Archbishop Fulton Sheen. The Sheen Center, named after the late Archbishop, is directly next door—the last neighbor an abortion site would ever want to have. Sometimes I take a photo of the clinic and the center, and post it on Facebook. My pro-life warrior friend from the West Coast, Dan Sanchez, asked me to do an aspersion for him. He’s a Third Order Dominican, so lately I’ve been doing two splashes and also invoking the name of Saint Dominic.

I am just a lowly cab driver, and the upcoming presidential election is only about two things to me, life and religious freedom. I don’t get into the ethics, morality, or criminal behavior of either candidate. Life is our most basic right, and religious freedom is the very first right in our Bill of Rights, even before freedom of speech and of the press.

Fr. Frank Pavone, Priests for Life

Fr. Frank Pavone, the National Director of Priests for Life, says it best for me:

Mr. Trump was crystal clear about the need to defend and promote the sanctity of life, to preserve the institution of marriage, to appoint pro-life judges, and to protect religious liberty. In fact, he mentioned explicitly the efforts of some to ‘restrict religious liberty with government mandates.’ Priests for Life was among the first group to challenge the HHS mandate in court, and our case went all the way to the Supreme Court and is still unresolved.

I also appreciate Mr. Trump’s assertion, ‘We will protect the right of churches to speak their minds on political matters, free from intimidation.’ This is the key message of my book Abolishing Abortion, in which I call on the Church to abandon the self-censorship that is so prevalent and so unnecessary, even within the current structure of the law.

Fr. Pavone also says:

We have a court split right down the middle, and the next president will shift that court strongly either to the left or the right — either toward defending life or destroying it, either to preserving the freedom of the Church or snuffing it out, either to preserving marriage and family or redefining them with new transgender definitions….

Finally, according to Pope St. John Paul II, a government that authorizes the killing of babies by abortion has become ‘a tyrant state’ (Evangelium Vitae [The Gospel of Life], 20). This is not just about one issue; it’s about the very nature of the state, the type of government we have. The Democratic Party and Mrs. Clinton believe that when they are voted into power, they have authority over human rights, a veto power over the right to life. That is a tyrant state, moral corruption institutionalized in policy. That’s far worse, and far more monumental, than anyone’s personal faults, past or present.

All to Save One Human Life

If my words, and my prayers, and my vote can save one human life than it is all worth it. As Al Kresta, the President of Ave Maria Radio, says, “The abortion issue is the morally defining issue of our generation.”

I yield the rest of my column to Holy Scripture and to the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

“I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).

“Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live!” (Deuteronomy 30:19).

The Catechism of the Catholic Church

Abortion

CCC 2270 “Human life must be respected and protected absolutely from the moment of conception. From the first moment of his existence, a human being must be recognized as having the rights of a person – among which is the inviolable right of every innocent being to life. ‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you (Jeremiah 1:5).’ ‘My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately wrought in the depths of the earth (Psalm 139:15).’

CCC 2271 “Since the first century the Church has affirmed the moral evil of every procured abortion.
This teaching has not changed and remains unchangeable. Direct abortion, that is to say, abortion willed either as an end or a means, is gravely contrary to the moral law: You shall not kill the embryo by abortion and shall not cause the newborn to perish. God, the Lord of life, has entrusted to men the noble mission of safeguarding life, and men must carry it out in a manner worthy of themselves. Life must be protected with the utmost care from the moment of conception: abortion and infanticide are abominable crimes.”

CCC 2272 “Formal cooperation in an abortion constitutes a grave offense. The Church attaches the canonical penalty of excommunication to this crime against human life. ‘A person who procures a completed abortion incurs excommunication latae sententiae, by the very commission of the offense,’ and subject to the conditions provided by Canon Law. The Church does not thereby intend to restrict the scope of mercy. Rather, she makes clear the gravity of the crime committed, the irreparable harm done to the innocent who is put to death, as well as to the parents and the whole of society.”

CCC 2273 “The inalienable right to life of every innocent human individual is a constitutive element of a civil society and its legislation: ‘The inalienable rights of the person must be recognized and respected by civil society and the political authority. These human rights depend neither on single individuals nor on parents; nor do they represent a concession made by society and the state; they belong to human nature and are inherent in the person by virtue of the creative act from which the person took his origin. Among such fundamental rights one should mention in this regard every human being’s right to life and physical integrity from the moment of conception until death.’

‘The moment a positive law deprives a category of human beings of the protection which civil legislation ought to accord them, the state is denying the equality of all before the law. When the state does not place its power at the service of the rights of each citizen, and in particular of the more vulnerable, the very foundations of a state based on law are undermined…. As a consequence of the respect and protection which must be ensured for the unborn child from the moment of conception, the law must provide appropriate penal sanctions for every deliberate violation of the child’s rights.'”

A NYC Cab Driver's Take on the Bombing in Chelsea
.
On my way to work before the blast I saw two NYC policemen in the subway station in Kew Gardens, Queens. For some reason I felt a great urge to give them admiration so I gave them the thumbs up and shouted out to them, “Way to go guys.” One gave me a nod and a thumbs up.
“God bless you and may God keep you safe.” I added.
As I reflected back on what happened afterwards, it seemed eerie.

At the time of the blast I was driving my cab 25 blocks south of it on Bleecker St. dropping a Russian-American woman off at the Sheen Center right next door to Planned Parenthood. It’s named after Archbishop Fulton Sheen the renowned speaker, writer, and broadcaster who hated Communism and all forms of tyranny, as he did every form of sin.

As she was leaving I grabbed my bottle of Holy Water sprinkled, a few drops on the pavement, and said a short prayer: Bishop Sheen, (that’s what I still call him after a lifetime of referring to him as this) please pray for us, and pray that the Planned Parenthood building comes tumbling down (figuratively) and to stop this killing. Pray for all of us and pray for this country.

Driving Very Near the Chelsea Explosion

I dropped two men off seven blocks from the blast on 14th Street. As traffic seized up on Sixth and Eighth Avenues and I heard the cacophony of shrieking sirens I turned on my radio to find out the problem. Explosion in a dumpster on 23rd Street with 16 injuries (at the time) was the news. In a dumpster? Well, that was intentional. An overheated can of WD-40 or baked beans doesn't do that.
But why 23rd Street? It certainly is less populous than 14th Street, or 34th, or Times Square. Well, thankfully it didn't go off there.

Sensed Looming Evil

This past week I had sensed a great evil in NY—the people darker, scowling, more irritable and self-absorbed. I had several altercations with hostile customers—a rarity. The howls and cackles from the late night crowd on the sidewalks seemed markedly more sinister. The beeping and blasting of car horns was seemingly constant, unlike I had ever heard before. I kept asking myself, “What’s going on?” I couldn’t put my finger on it but there was a dark force present. I

The week before had been Fashion Week which brings a particularly narcissistic and worldly element to the city—certainly not like the jovial and backslapping Knights of Columbus convention. And as the commemoration of 9/11 brings up great sadness, I think it also calls up evil spirits who are celebrating it. NYC has become a far more welcoming home to them these past few years. And then the radical abortionist queen Hillary Clinton was here Sunday.

I worked the night before and the spirit-crushing traffic and the hostile drivers was the worst I had seen in 30 years of driving in NY. The irritable and dead-eyed passengers were just a matter of piling on the discomfort. It was the worst driving night I had ever had; my body was almost in shock, I felt physically sick for days, and my spirit seemed traumatized.

New Yorkers Not too Concerned

Last night’s blast seemed to be the culmination. The passengers I had afterwards didn’t really want to talk about it—they had other, more important things to think about. They would acknowledge that it had happened, yeah, that’s terrible, and then turn their gaze back to their smartphones, or converse with their companions about what shades of hair coloring they used, or who texted them, or who they were mad at, or what "superstar" they were currently admiring. One mentioned MJ (Michael Jackson the drug addict and accused pedophile. I guess they think that it was what he needed to be inspired, and besides, whatever?)

Not one word, or thought of the 29 innocent victims injured by what our politically correct Mayor Bill de Blausio said “was not terrorism,” although it was an "intentional act." Just for clarification, intentionally killing innocent civilians is the definition of terrorism.

I stayed away from the blast zone where traffic became paralyzed with 72 square blocks closed off, so I can’t report on the reaction of the people in that area, but the customers I encountered seemed to regard the tragedy as an intrusion on their narcissistic reveries.

Let us pray for the poor victims, and thank the NY security team that has done miraculous work in keeping us safe thus far, and the medical personnel who were doing miracle work. And thank our good Lord for sparing this oft-times wicked city so far, and all of our oft-time wicked cities.

Planned Parenthood Videos Haunted Me–Still Do
Jamey Brown • July 1, 2016

When I first saw The Center for Medical Progress‘ Planned Parenthood videos www.centerformedicalprogress.org one year ago this week, I was nauseated. I turned away again and again, saying, “Oh my God!” I didn’t want to see any more, but I forced myself to watch. There are some things a man has to do, such as bearing witness to a malevolent atrocity.

As I saw image after image of tiny arms and legs, and yes, heads of human babies piled together in pan after pan of “pie dishes,” as they called them, I was revolted. I had seen images of Nazi concentration camps, of the lynchings and scarred backs of African-American slaves, I had seen newsreels of blacks (and whites) being beaten, fire hosed, and spit on in the 50’s and 60’s battle against segregation. I had seen the images from Viet Nam of a young girl running naked in torment, her body flaming from napalm. I had been in New York during 9/11 and seen the footage of burning human beings leaping from the inferno of the great towers. But nothing ever killed my spirits like this. Nothing.

Planned Parenthood Executive: “I Want a Lamborghini”

Last June, The Center for Medical Progress released the first of sixteen videos made by two undercover citizen journalists, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt. The project was titled Human Capital, and they posed as research company employees seeking baby organs from abortions. Senior Executives from Planned Parenthood and their affiliates, baby organ middlemen StemExpress among others, were caught on camera blithely talking about trying to get the highest prices for baby organs. President of the Planned Parenthood Medical Directors’ Council Dr. Mary Gatter said because, “I want a Lamborghini.”

PPFA’s Senior Medical Director Dr. Deborah Nucatola spoke of using “less crunchy” abortion procedures to be able to better harvest organs as she chomped away on her salad and sipped wine. Both of these are crimes: Title 42 USC § 289g-2 makes it a 10-year felony to sell human fetal tissue for a profit. It is also illegal to alter abortion procedures to harvest organs.

Some Babies Born Alive

Some in the videos appear to admit to performing partial birth abortions. Some seem to admit that a few babies survive abortions and are in fact born alive. These children are required by law to be given full medical attention. My question is—what happened to those babies? Were they killed—which is another crime, infanticide—or left to die? It certainly doesn’t appear that they were given “full medical attention.” Abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell is in prison for 30 years for killing babies born alive.

A survivor of a saline solution late-term abortion Gianna Jessen says, “The baby is burned inside and out, blinding and suffocating the child who is then usually born dead 24 hours later.” She has Cerebral Palsy as a result of oxygen deprivation of the brain as a result of her abortion. She miraculously survived because, “Thankfully, the abortionist was not at work yet. Had he been there, he would have ended my life with strangulation, suffocation, or leaving me there to die. Instead, a nurse called an ambulance, and I was rushed to a hospital. Doctors did not expect me to live. I did.”

“If Abortion is about Women’s Rights, What Were Mine?”

She testified September 9 before the House Judiciary Committee investigating Planned Parenthood’s harvesting and possible selling of baby organs—even from those that may have been born alive.
“If abortion is about women’s rights,” she asked, “what were mine?”

Representative Marsha Blackburn chairs the House Selective Investigative Panel investigating Planned Parenthood and its middlemen. She says that according to “StemExpress price list a baby’s brain can sell for up to $1300. [On one middleman’s brochure it’s $3340, Source: US House Select Investigative Panel] That’s a 500 to 700% profit… There’s a business contract between StemExpress and the abortion clinics under which both sides make a profit from the baby body parts inside a woman’s womb. This business contract changes the way both entities view the woman: Her aborted baby is now a profit center. This is precisely why I referred both of these matters to the inspector general of the Federal Department of Health and Human Services.” They identify and arrest perpetrators of health care fraud.

Some of the organs are even harvested from live babies. In one video StemExpress ex-procurement specialist Holly O’Donnell says that she was ordered to cut through a baby’s face with scissors, “who still had a beating heart,” to harvest its valuable brain.

Planned Parenthood Videos Haunted Me

For months after seeing these horrors, there was a dullness, a dark heaviness in my soul that wouldn’t lift. This is being done in our beloved country, right now? Not in some third world wilderness? It’s illegal, and no one seems to care? This is the blessed outpost of grace and goodness that my dad and my uncles fought to save against the Nazis and Imperial Japan? “Oh dear God, please forgive us, have mercy on us,” came to my mind again and again throughout the days. And to think that Planned Parenthood and their affiliates were selling these tiny babies’ organs for profit? I have never heard of anything so vile. Nothing.

While the Mainstream Media has nearly ignored these videos, many others have not. Twenty-four states have enacted some form of abortion restricting or defunding laws, most of them since the videos went public. On June 23 a group of Pro-Life leaders sent a letter to Congress asking them to try again to defund Planned Parenthood. U.S. tax papers fund them to the tune of $528 million a year.

Undercover Citizen Reporters Stormed Gates of Hell

CMP’s valiant David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt have stormed the gates of hell to shine a light on this madness. And now the bloody forces of death are coming after them with all their fury, as David and Sandra knew they would–as we all knew they would. Lawsuits have been filed against them in Texas (one already thrown out) and San Francisco, and Daleiden’s home in California was searched. Listen to an interview with him on the Kresta in the Afternoon radio show, here:
https://avemariaradio.net/audio-archive/kresta-in-the-afternoon-july-14-2015-hour-1/

I thought it was the story of the century. What horrendous deeds had been done right in our own so-called civilized country? Right in our own neighborhoods? I imagined 24-hour coverage with reporters crawling all over one another to get more gristly details, interview the perps, and follow every step of the prosecutions. I could see hour-long special reports day and night about this ghoulish practice of picking through “pie dishes” full of human baby parts and selling them for the highest price. But I was stunned to see the media burying the story and just giving a minute or two summary, and their quick pivot to mouthing the Planned Parenthood talking points that these were “highly edited” videos, or doctored, or staged, or illegal. None of this is true.

“The Abortion Issue is the Morally Defining Issue of Our Generation”

Al Kresta, the President and CEO of Ave Maria Radio, said this week that “I think most Catholic listeners would agree that the abortion issue is the morally defining issue of our generation.” I realize now a year later that the media buried it because it didn’t fit the Left’s narrative. “Liberal secularism is the new religion” for the Left, says Robert P. George, “that has its own dogma and ideologies, its own practices, liturgies and saints.” Its own sacraments of abortion, and same-sex “marriage” Listen here, minute 50: https://avemariaradio.net/audio-archive/kresta-in-the-afternoon-july-29-2015-hour-2/

I also realized that this story came just three weeks after the Supreme Court ruling on so-called same-sex marriage. This new story threatened to eclipse that story–another reason for it being tabled.

Truly virile and honorable men, who truly represent the best in manhood, love and protect babies and children, and women. It is such a loss to our society to see some males – I won’t call them men – cackling like witches in the comment boxes about killing little babies and taking out their organs. And to see women arguing that for them to fulfill their dreams, babies must be sacrificed, is horrifying.

Pro-Life Demonstrators outside Planned Parenthood Clinics

A final note: Many of the gallant Pro-Life soldiers who have demonstrated and counselled outside abortion clinics for 43 years, ever since Roe v. Wade, all those who write and speak up for the unborn, see these videos as a new dawn, a new birth for their cause. The clinics are closing, one by one. One day all the clinics will close. And then there were none.

One day historians will write about what a barbaric and evil culture this technologically advanced people had become. And wonder why? And wonder how nine unelected Supreme Court Justices could enact an abortion law that overruled laws that existed in 46 states at the time?

It was not the forces of good. And it would not be the last time.

Case in point: this week’s disappointing U.S. Supreme Court decision nullifying Texas’ abortion clinic safety regulations. A quote from the National Director of Priests for Life Fr. Frank Pavone:
“The abortion industry is in collapse, and that is why we will see the end to it, no matter how the Court wants to prop it up… You can’t practice vice virtuously. If you kill children, you’ll be violating all kinds of other norms as well.”

A number of people have left the industry, some with great remorse. Let’s pray that all of our brothers and sisters one day will come home. And Then There Were None is an organization founded by former abortion clinic director Abby Johnson, who walked away. They help other abortion workers leave also.
