Great selection and location. Was referred there by a friend and we got a great twin mattress for the guest room that's very comfortable. Easy process, staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The mattress was delivered to our house almost as soon as we could get back home.

Stopped here for an emergency oil sludge repair during a business trip. It took them about twice as long as they estimated (30 hours or so) because the techs were in training in the service department and I was basically told that was priority over my speedy repair. Fast forward 2 years, I don't live in Tulsa nor own a VW anymore, yet I continue to receive marketing emails from the service department even after making two phone calls to the dealership as well as electronically removing my email from their email list about two dozen times. Not a great impression during my visit or months later.

My situation is like the other review. A-1 is used by a home warranty company, they never return calls, took three weeks to finally resolve the issue with my AC not working and at the end they claim the part was damaged by past technician and they're not covering the work. The tech came to my house three times, misdiagnosed the problem, and after investigating the options of repairing the unit suddenly claims it was damaged previously. Never was that communicated to me that was the problem and they would not have investigated insurance / coverage options if that was really the problem from the start. Shady people, don't use them.
