A couple of years ago I brought my vehicle to them for an engine replacement. Initially they were helpful and respectful on the phone, however that is where all good business practices stopped. They were supposed to pick up my vehicle from a specified location (on a Friday) and start work on it on Monday. I left the vehicle with the keys in it and trusted them to follow through. On Monday I got a call asking me where my vehicle was, and why I hadn't dropped it off. I was furious! We worked out that they had 'forgotten' to go pick it up. A few hours later they called and told me my vehicle wasn't where I had left it, and asked me if I had moved it. So now my vehicle was completely missing. A few hours later they called again, and it turned out that the tow truck had gone to the wrong place, and my vehicle was (thankfully) still sitting where I had left it. I was quoted a price and a deadline - one week from that day. Throughout that week, I received no less than 4 phone calls telling my my vehicle was finished, only to find out it was not my vehicle, and that mine was still not even touched. Well into the second week they called to tell me that something else was broken, and that it would cost $XXX more than originally quoted. It turned out that my engine was fine, and the broken piece was what was making the knocking noise. To their credit, Accurate was not responsible for the initial diagnosis, but they were incredibly unhelpful when the situation was explained. I was charged for a significant portion of the engine replacement (that hadn't even happened) AND for the broken part. I also asked them, while they had my engine out, to replace my oil pump, which they agreed to. When I got the total, it was more than they quoted after the problem was 'resolved', and they had only replaced the WATER pump (which was already brand new anyway), and not the oil pump as I requested. They were rude, intentionally vague, irresponsible, and completely without remorse for then entirety of the experience. I will never recommend them to anyone.
