The First Sign of Testicular Cancer
(http://ow.ly/r5Lr30mXHQz)

A painless lump or swelling on either testicle is one of the first signs of testicular cancer. If found early, a testicular tumor may be about the size of a pea or a marble. Over time, these tumors can grow in size and severity. Pain, discomfort, or numbness, with or without swelling, in a testicle or the scrotum, are also good indicators that a more serious issue might be present. Testicular cancer may cause the testicle to grow bigger or to become smaller so keeping an eye on any changes will be the key to addressing cancer concerns early.

Whether you're about to see your aesthetic specialist or your primary care physician, it's important to be ready for the questions they might ask. Write down medications you have taken, illnesses you might have gotten, or tests and screenings you had in the past few months. Remember to be honest in answering their questions so they can better help you!

Kidney Stone Bacteria: Can it Lead to Frequent UTIs?

UTIs are common in men and women. Are kidney stones a direct cause of UTIs? Interestingly, E. coli causes urinary tract infections in otherwise healthy individuals, but, a newly researched bacteria called P. mirabilis can cause more infections in those with 'complicated' urinary tracts. Sometimes this bacteria can be found in other areas of the urinary tract, leading to more severe UTIs or persistent kidney conditions.
