INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE !!! Had my AC/Power steering belt and front brake pads replaced. It is a completely standard service that took a total of 3 hours, while it should have taken 1 hour at most. After I got my car back, I heard a strange noise coming from the front, so I went back to the dealership and asked them to check it again. They explained to me there was no problem and I they couldn't hear or see anything, ignoring my requests. Over the next two days the noise became louder and louder, when finally I discovered the lug nut was completely unscrewed. I called the dealership again and they seemed not to care, they talked to me in a condescending tone and send me away after tightening the single lug nut and acting like it wasn't a big deal. I spend a high amount of money on their service and didn't expect them to take it so irresponsibly especially since the front wheel could have separated at HWY speeds and much worse things could have happened.

Very professional and probably the best service department I've dealt with from all the types of cars I've owned. I like it that all the Toyota dealerships have access to my car information and when I arrive there, I just pull up to the service area and they have my information, prepare my car and offer to drop me off or shuttle me to where I need to go. My car service was taken care of as planned and it was ready on time.

The two customer service reps that were at the site were NOT friendly. They said I would be able to get a ride from the service van but they did not seem to communicate well with the driver. The driver was walking around hanging out because he didn't know we were waiting for him. They said it would take several hours to do an oil change? But, I think they were just being spiteful because I had a coupon for a free oil change that included disposal of materials. But they insisted on charging me for the disposal of materials because the coupon was from another dealer. They didn't take that long.

I have never experienced service this terrible. The internet service rep (WILL) informed me over the phone that he had a the car that i was looking at online available. Upon arrival 20 minutes after we spoke he stated that his manager took the car untill tomorrow or possibly the next day. And then he tried to sell me another car that had twice the milage and an older model. I thanked him for waisting my time and he stated no problem. I have never been so humiliated. I am going to call corporate offices of toyota and see how they are going to handle this situation. I am thinking twice now on purchasing a toyota. Im so upset, what a waste of my time.

The service here is amazing. The Manager Chris Pintado was extra sweet and accommodating. They have a friendly clean corner for children to play ( waiting with children can be tough, but it was pleasant here) and the whole staff were so friendly. I never had a car that i took to a dealership for service...the difference in customer service is huge. Thank Toyota central, will see you again soon

Made an appointment for 1pm. to have a cargo cover installed. Sat around for an hour before they told me they haven't started but will be finished within the hour. 1 1/2 hours later still here their not finished. Total time wasted = 3 hours. Will never return.

Facilities are rundown and the service area is in tents... They need to build a comfortable place to be for customers. I've been rained on trying to get my car serviced, no good. The staff and service are good. Overall just an average dealership. I go to NoHo Toyota mostly, they really have a great setup.

The suspension is soft, which makes the ride smoother and more enjoyable. The car aesthetic features are very simple. Also, I wish I had gotten a better deal on my Camry!
