My girlfriend took me to the Trump Hotel for my birthday and we had an amazing time. As we were checking in the front desk guy wished me a happy birthday right away and offered us some warm towels! After being in awe of the incredible room that we had; a piece of birthday cake was delivered to the room – I was not expecting that! Dinner was remarkable at Sixteen and I would recommend that everyone tries it at least once in their lifetime. The service was great and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We came back to the room after dinner and there was a bottle of champagne waiting! Had an awesome bday thanks to my wonderful girlfriend and the great service by all of the Trump Chicago employees!

Look out Four Seasons and the Ritz! This place is no joke. They walk you to your room, show you all the bells and whistles, and constantly check in to make sure you are enjoying nothing less than a perfect stay. You are going to pay a lot, but you are going to get a lot! Honestly, this has quickly jumped up as one of my favorite places for a staycation in Chicago. The spa is amazing...and as a hotel guest, you get to stay and enjoy yourself all day!

Possibly the best hotel in Chicago. The rooms are rather large and look Vegasy. I loved their gym (it is actually a club) with a vast selection of machines and great spa to be pampered. The brasserie is also uber cool. Shame the hotel was fully booked and the lifts were not working as quickly as one would expect. The breakfast restaurant was good but not outstanding.

The Trump Chicago is very elegant.yet expensive. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. The staff is the best they put you first no matter what! They are so helpful. The pool is amazing! If you are going to Chicago, and you want to stay in style This is the Number one place to stay on my list

Beautiful hotel. Awesome room with even more awesome view of Chicago river. The view from the 16th Bar couldn't be better. Amazing food and drinks, but overpriced. Decided to go for a hot stone massage next morning, the masseuse confirmed the service, but instead I got massage with no more than 2 stones with lots of stretching and pulling.... wasn't impressed at all. Overall would go back, but would pay more attention to get more value.

Super nice and super expensive. Get ready to spend some moola here. Check out the outdoor bar with expansive views of the lake and downtown. Get up there for free even if you're not a guest. It's super pretty and staff is nice.
