This is "La Cabane El Sueno", one of five treehouses in Guyonvelle in the Champagne-Ardennes region of France [www.larbreacabane.jimdo.com/les-cabanes/]. Six minutes in to this video [Archi Urbain (0504) : L'arbre à cabane] you start to get a tour (in French) of the treehouses.
