Good article pointing out the problems with pharmaceuticals and how a functional approach holds the keys to getting to the root of the problem and a true solution. Many people have egg allergies. Even more have sensitivities to eggs that they may not even realize. We commonly see clients test results show positive for an inflammatory response to eggs. This is a great chart! Don't trash an entire recipe because it calls for an egg or two! Use a substitute. Tip: Some work better than others depending on what you're making. You may need to experiment a little but don't give up:)

Posted on +CHOICE Australia

One of the hot topics in food and nutrition circles is fermented foods – from yoghurt and sauerkraut to kefir and kombucha.

As well as adding zing and zest to meals, all sorts of health benefits are spruiked around fermented foods, ranging from boosting your immune system and easing digestive problems at the conservative end of the plausibility scale, to curing baldness, insomnia, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, and even cancer at the fanciful end.
