Every time I go for a blood test, Doctors would usually praise me for my good lipid profile results. When we talk about blood test, the first thing that comes to our mind is usually our cholesterol level and alhamdulillah I am blessed with high HDL Cholesterol level and low LDL Cholesterol, low Triglycerides healthy amount of red blood cells.

Oh it didnt just happen with prayers and frequent visit to the mosque for Jemaah Prayers...It has to do a lot with my lifestyle.. I just followed Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w when comes to eating, sleeping, and moving..and his ways is being followed by many Doctors and Fitness Gurus all over the world.
