Thanks to all of you who were past donors to the YMCA. I'm reaching out to you again to see if you will join me in raising my goal this month for the Y or $650. Many hands make light work... and many small donations of $50 or even a smaller monthly donation helps us continue to have the YMCA as a resource for kids and families that would otherwise not have the Y when they are growing up! smile emoticon

The YMCA is an excellent nonprofit, they cover their staff expense through membership dues, and they are considered one of the most responsible nonprofits when it comes to accepting kids and families on a scholarship to use Y facilities, have swimming for kids and seniors, and even send kids to camp!

Please join me in raising the funds to continue serving families in need. $0.93 of every dollar goes to a kid or family who can benefit in our community. Everyone has a Y story... did you know that the YMCA is responsible for inventing both basketball and volleyball? The best way to know why to support the Y is to imagine what our city would be like without them.

Please donate today! http://ymca.org/support/eastcounty/lashle

Well that was close... each morning the first thought that goes through my mind is Lord I'm glad to be alive today, show me how to make it a great day :-)

FRIENDS :-) I'm asking my friends, internet friends, and web pals to help me over the next 8 days to raise $5 from each of y'all to support a little known non profit called the YMCA (ok.. maybe known around the world organization). Would you consider giving up 1 cup of coffee this week to donate $5 to help me reach my goal of $575?

You can donate on my page at http://bit.ly/ymca-ryanlashlee

At 15 years old, Jack created a new diagnostic test for pancreatic cancer that is 28 times faster, 26,000 times less expensive and over 100 times more sensitive than the current diagnostic tests. If that’s not enough, the test also works for ovarian and lung cancer as well. Not bad for a kid who doesn’t even have his driver’s license

According to the spinal experts, your body thanks you for reading this.

Luckily I get out more and meet people instead of only sitting in front of my computer, and getting up and away from the computer to walk and exercise will always be the ultimate solution to the chronic computer squatter.

But here is an article my Chiropractor shared to help those who spend a significant amount of time sitting, especially at the computer.

Have a healthy 2015!

PS. If you are in San Diego, I love to recommend our family Chiropractor as they have helped my wife and I, our friends, and continue to show their level of professionalism and knowledge as we see them in action. Dr Devin & Jeanett are friendly and their office is welcoming. They have helped the Boston Marathon Winner as well as some appreciative competitors at our recent Jiu Jitsu competition. They are located in Mission Valley, here is more info www.sandiegofamilychiropractic.com

PPS. If you're interested in good chiropractic care and their office is not located near you, I'd recommend you still give +Intouch Chiropractic | San Diego, CA a call at 619-756-7510 as they are very knowledgeable about the industry and can very likely recommend a great Chiropractor in your area.
