Our Core and Pelvic Floor Restore program begin 25th July and 29th August for Mums with babies 6 weeks – 12 months.

This postnatal workout program incorporates purposely-selected exercises and techniques for safe and effective pelvic floor and core muscle training, breathing, posture and full body strength to support motherhood movement patterns.

Suitable for mother with; abdominal separation, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic girdle pain or back pain.

Classes are capped and limited spaces are left.

My Postnatal Programs are not just about training women.

With rehabbing and retraining the postnatal body comes specifics that need to be understood and applied cautiously.

In the first instance losing weight gained during pregnancy isn’t the focus, rather the goal is to support women rehab and retrain their bodies to function better, to feel stronger and physically prepared to take on the extra stress and load on the body that is inherent in motherhood.

I'd love one of these Female Pelvis with Pelvic Floor Muscle models to use in my Mums Intensive Core Restore Program to help explain the workings and importance of the pelvic floor.

I'll have to save every $2 coin I receive for a little while before I can buy this beauty!
