Microsoft are not remotely perfect... but I share this blog post because I'm sick of people who walk the earth insisting that Google are beyond reproach. http://blogs.technet.com/b/microsoft_on_the_issues/archive/2013/08/15/the-limits-of-google-s-openness.aspx
Microsoft On the Issues is the Microsoft blog on technology policy and corporate affairs. On this blog, Microsoft shares thoughts on how the computing revolution can accelerate economic growth by enabling companies and individuals to increase productivity, collaboration and job creation. In addition, issues such as privacy, piracy and public affairs will be addressed.

It's in their interest to disrupt windows phones, being honest about their motivation would be like David Cameron admitting it wasn't moral reasons we want to bomb Syria but rather that it would cost less to fire our rockets than decommission them as they are nearing their use date. Capitalism isn't fair and Microsoft have the worst track record like ever on unfair competition

Noir restaurant
175 Swan Street, Melbourne VIC 3121
A small, intimate and ever so popular restaurant in the heart of busy Richmond with very friendly and well trained staff. I had the salmon 3 ways and my partner had the steak. For dessert we shared the delightfully rich salted toffee & chocolate mouse and the raspberry & macadamia souffle. We loved every mouthful of our meal which was complimented by a beautiful yet remarkable cheap bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Overall I was so impressed with both the food and the service that I've just booked to celebrate my birthday there.

No doubt many people new to cloud (not just Azure) will struggle with this at first.
I should have known better honestly. I’ve had one strike with cloud billing catching me by surprise and I’m not sure why I’m shocked it happened again. This time, however, I thought I really did plan it out, pay attention to things and asked what I thought were the right questions. Unfortunately I didn’t get the full answers. This time I was stung by my shiny new SQL Azure service choice. A while back I heard about the change in price for some Wi...

Apparently so.  I actually liked Jason Momoa, although the film wasn't that great.

Okay, sure...Apple isn't going to be great at this right away. However, don't go telling people it's the "Best and most beautiful way to get around" (yes, they actually said that) and have this happen...

...I mean seriously? If you're gonna do it, take your time and do it right. Not this half baked bullshit which you seem to think you can cram down people's throat.

That said, I don't own an idevice, nor shall I ever.

Bistro Guillaume
Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006
Really enjoyed the food here. I had the confit of duck and my partner had the rack of lamb - we both enjoyed every mouthful. The best was definitely saved until last when we had the profiteroles for dessert which were not only exquisite to taste but they were beautifully presented. The wine list is short and simple but there is something for all but the most discerning of wino.

I must say I thought the only thing that let this place down was the service. For a restaurant in that price bracket I was a bit disappointed that our (v.friendly) waitress was not particularly attentive especially as it was not an overly busy night yet she completely forgot the basics.

This place doesn't hit the dizzying heights of some other notable French bistros but don't let that stop you - I will happily come back again.

Excellent food as one would come to expect from the Gaucho brand but customer service was surprisingly poor. It wasn't for a lack of effort, they just got things wrong quite often - most unlike any other Gaucho I have visited.
