The food is mediocre and the prices are pretty high. Service was good but not somewhere I will frequent.

The meal was fun, creative, and delicious. Highly recommend doing the four course meal. It's a great place to have a great time with friends and coworkers. It really fills you up, and you get to try many new things.

Nothing special thats for sure. It tasted good especially the dessert, but our drinks weren't refilled we had to hunt down the waiter after 1 hour of waiting for them to be filled. The whole ordeal tool 2 1/2 hours, even though we were one of three couples in the restaurant. Yeah, gotta watch that "automatic gratuity" of 18%...all in all its not all its cracked up to be...

Love it love it love it, every single visit has been great! Plan to spend some money, but know it is completely worth it. The service is top notch, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very nice! Casual or dress up. You basically stick raw food on a skewer and cook it in a boiling pot in front of you. Pretty cool!

I don't understand this restaurant. I've been here with large groups and it's an enjoyable, delicious experience. We never order entrees- just "cheese and chocolate", and there is plenty of food to go around. We've had a table of 16-20 people before and ordered three or four cheeses and two chocolates. Everyone was full and happy, and we had a good time. We do this every year around Christmas. But if you go with just one other person and you just order cheese and chocolate, it's not enough. My husband and I visited one evening on a date- it was his first trip to a fondue restaurant and he was hesitant. I doubt I could ever get him to go back again. We actually stopped and got fast food on the way home, because we were both still hungry. This is quite unfortunate considering what we paid for our "meal". In my opinion, it's best to enjoy the Melting Pot with a large group of people, rather than as a couple. There seems to be a lot more food to go around (and you can afford to have a little variety- try several flavors and pay the same, since you split the check.)

We had a very romantic dinner and really enjoyed it. A little expensive but worth it.

My husband and I go once or twice a month. What makes this place great is how consistent it is. Every time we have had wonderful food and excellent service. It's a little pricey, but you get for what you pay for. With so many courses it's actually a really good deal compared to other restaurants. The food is great...but so are the drinks. I'm convinced that the bartender there is the best in the area.
