For all of my neighbour's in Province Town, here in Fort Myers. Don't waste your money, food is sub standard. The owner is not people friendly. If you have a problem with anything, they could care less. Very disrespectful. It is sad because the music is excellent. Extremely discourteous.

I've dined in this restaurant SEVERAL times and I must say I have ALWAYS had a GREAT ( 🌟🌟🌟🌟) time UNTIL tonight. My service was absolutely horrible and then our food was cold and not great by no means. I really don't know what happen tonight because like I said I've never received service like this before especially here. I'm in total shock and actually completely turned off I more then likely won't return. This really sucks because I suggest this place to so many people.

We wanted a nicer dining experience to celebrate our first anniversary that also had live music, so we came to Bratta's on a friend's recommendation after making reservations online. I also entertain clients who come into town so I wanted to see if this would be a good place to bring them. We arrived early and were seated promptly by the manager who told us that we would receive a 15% discount for reserving online, which we thought was a nice gesture. After about 10 minutes, our waiter, Nick, came by to get our drink order and apologized for being new, but turned out to be attentive for the evening. I ordered the chicken parmigiana which was good but pricey, and my wife ordered the crab cakes with risotto; she loves crab cakes and looks forward to trying them at different locations. It took about 30 minutes for the food to arrive, but the music was good that night and we liked the ambiance. My wife took a couple of bites of her crab cakes and stopped and said she could not eat any more. They were not fresh and tasted like they had been frozen. Another server came by and asked her if she wanted a box to take home, and when she realized my wife was not happy, she said she would get a manager. We did not ask for a manager, we were just going to leave and not come back after paying for dinner. The manager arrived and my wife told him about the crab cakes. Rather than apologizing and offering to help, he took it personally and said that all their food is fresh and made from scratch every day, then he walked away. Our waiter did apologize and brought us our check. After we left we looked at our check and realized that we did not get our 15% discount either. We will never return and I scratched this place off my list of guest options.

Everything was excellent. I had the avocado salmon... Delightful. Piano music sets the perfect atmosphere.

Don’t waste your time or money at this place! We had a New Year’s Eve nightmare. We called and spoke to someone who said we did not have to partake in the $75.00 NYE special and that we could order a entrée off the menu. But, they failed to disclose is the price for an entrée was $60.00 ala carte. When we ordered salads and a few appetizers we asked for a bread basket we were told it would cost $10.00 the waitress said this came from the owner. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK and I will discourage anyone from going there. I hope the owner realizes that of a few slices of bread costs a lot less than losing customers!

Food was pretty good, but didn't match the prices on the menu, the menu that we looked at before dining had different prices than the menus inside, around $1.00 more per plate. The waitress didn't have the greatest attitude and I think judged our appearance so didn't provide much attention to our drink refills or checking in. It wasn't a busy evening when we visited. The lounge singer was marginal but when it comes to an older crowd I don't think they really care too much, so I would say the atmosphere was okay. Your better off somewhere else with a lighter pocketbook.

Well, I was looking for a reasonable turkey day buffet. For 27 bucks this fit the bill. I arrived on time just after 11 am. There seemed to be a bit of confusion. I had 3 servers walk by and tell me the greeter will be here shortly. After 5 minute she arrived and I was seated. My server was prompted as nice. Onto the food. Typical fare. The ham was great a bit sweet moist not salty ;turkey very good. I had some deviled eggs a bit too much garlic even for me. The dressing was waaaayyy too wet and not much flavor. Gravy good. I suspect from a can . Mash potatoes too mushy same with sweet potatoes. Typical SWFL very plain not spicy... That had lasagna( its a Italian eatery ) It was way tooo wet too much fennel. Stouffer does a better job. Lots of different dessert all appeared industrial bought. They did not hide the aluminum pie for pumpkin. no pecan or sweet potatoes pie. Cookies and such. Bread was very good though butter was much soft.. This make 4 out of 5 bars the staff did not know a Brandy separator. Over all just OK. I think Boston market which is next door would have been a better choice. But this is just my opinion.

Went there twice, both on Saturdays. The first Saturday made our reservations, showed up, and were seated as anyone should expect. There was a performer singing who did rather well. Our waitress was Beverly and she was polite, had great knowledge of the menu, and was charming. We both ordered steak, shrimp, and salad. All was excellent. We bought 2 bottles of the red wine, can't remember the name, but about $40 a bottle, middle on their wine list, and it was delicious. We ordered the cheesecake as well for desert, it was decent. All in all, we enjoyed our experience. The second Saturday, reservations, seated quickly, a man and woman performer who were funny and talented. Had a different waitress though and I guess we were just spoiled by Bev from the week earlier because this other waitress seemed inexperienced at waiting tables. We started with shrimp and it was amazing as usual, plus the bread and whole garlic & butter dipping sauce is awesome as well. The wife got the chicken and risotto, and the risotto was like mush, yuck. I got the spaghetti and meatballs and I must say, not so bad at all. Bravo! We bought a bottle of the middle $40 bucks wine again and It was good. The second bottle we decided to give the cheap house wine a try, horrible.. but you get what you pay for. :) We got our check and noticed the waitress made a mistake after she ran our card. She corrected the error, a $20 error, and had to rerun our card instead of making up the difference in cash. So, we had to wait the three to five days for the money from the first swipe to return to our card. When having a cigarette outside, Bev visited us and chatted for a few, that made us feel special. So, the second experience with the new waitress and the crummy risotto lost the place a star. But the 4 stars are strong due to Bev, the look of the joint, the food, and the entertainment. Probably going back this weekend.
