What a difference 5 days can make.
I took the picture on the left on Monday morning after JUST 3 days of celebratory eating (it was Easter weekend, remember?). I still did my workouts through that weekend, but I definitely indulged in sweets and cocktails and it showed. I gained 2 pounds and was left pudgy.
Now, the picture on the right is JUST 5 days of clean eating. I changed nothing else. I did the exact same workout program as before, but just cleaned up my eating (30 minute workouts). I lost the 2 pounds I had gained and my face is even a little slimmer.
I took these picture for accountability, but more importantly, so you can see the difference that nutrition can make in your results. If you're not seeing results, it's probably because you're eating some items that are sabotaging your results. Remember, it doesn't take much for that to happen, but an extra cocktail, slice of pizza, ice cream or bread can make all the difference in the world. Bad eating, compounded over time, shows...just like clean eating compounded over time shows too.
