Compared Girl Scout Samoas with Keebler Coconut Dreams
This review is brought to you with help from my friend Hannah at work - her husband works on the US airbase and she is AMAZING in terms of bringing random "oh my gosh you can't get that here!" treats. So. A few months ago, I asked if she could snag some Gir...

Went to the Seaside
Took a break from the studying to take Sm Boy to the seaside. We had a very tasty lunch at the Aldeburgh Market Cafe , followed by a rather bracing walk on the beach. It was a gorgeous day for it, and not too crowded!

Disappeared under a pile of books
It turns out doing an MBA rather eats into blogging time. Conclusions thus far: the Operations, Econ, and Accounting books are all quite clear and concise. The Social Research book is neither clear nor concise. 75% of the text is the author trying to humble...

Disappeared to the US for Two Weeks
It was decided that I had Nothing To Prove by staying in the UK by myself for Christmas (although I DID have the day all planned out, mostly revolving around the BBC, my favorite food, and Champagne). Anyway, after a cracking Christmas concert on the 20th o...

Added more Christmas decorations
I am deep into the Great Christmas Decoration Replenishment of 2014. I absolutely could not resist the Playmobil nativity set. Hokey? Yes. Silly? Yes. Excellent? Definitely . Also, it has a little lantern that lights up. And a tiny angel with wings and a ha...
