Great place to go for a therapeutic massage. The massage is very stimulating (and sometimes downright painful) but after a few visits your body definitely feels the improvements.

Prices are reasonable and there's also a bulk buying option of ¥1600 for 25 sessions (of 45 minutes each)

Make sure you make a reservation beforehand as the place gets extremely busy and may be completely booked (especially the best masseuses).

Anyone who reads this, please +1 so that my friend can get a personal video from one of the chicks in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5582aTtlks...but more importantly so that we can get him to finally get his drink on (and film his drunkeness of course LOL)!

Homemade Ice Cream + Triple Scoop Single Scoops + Two Buck Tuesdays = WOOT.

While this place still has yet to dethrone my favorite, Strickland's in Irvine (zot zot), you really can't be this place in the South Bay for some, over 20 flavors to choose from, quality homemade ice cream - the two buck Tuesday is just the cherry on top. And for those of you who can't choose what you want, there is always the 4 Scoop Sampler for $5 - perfect to take down to the beach for a nice stroll.

Recommended: Vanilla w/ Oreo; Coffee; Black Cherry

Favorite (and possibly only) place in the South Bay to get some amazing ramen, in particular, Mabo Ramen; as opposed to the more common kotteri based ramen served at other shops.

Recommended: Mabo Ramen, Chahan (Japanese fried rice)

On the price side for Japanese food but they also use very fresh and high quality ingredients.

Recommended: Gyutan (grilled beef tongue), Yaki Ongiri (grilled rice ball), and Dynamite (scallops and mushrooms in spicy sauce)
