From the street, you might not know what to expect from Bottle Cap. Personally, I think they should consider a new facade. That said, I like it here. They have a great burger, and a good standard assortment of brunch plates. The location right next to Washington Square is extremely convenient, and they have a full bar, so your Bloody Mary needs will definitely be satisfied. I liked the burger, and I wasn't a huge fan of the hash. I've also been here for dinner, and I really enjoyed the fried chicken and they had good cocktails too.

Solid comfort food with some imperfections. For example, the scallop appetizer is tasty but the presentation could be improved. The scallops themselves look beautiful golden and crispy, but they are topped with less appetizing-looking caramelized onions -- to the point that you can't really even see the scallops when they are served. I'd recommend putting the scallops on top of the caramelized onions and making them the focal point of the visual arrangement. The pulled pork was good but a bit dry. Meh service in my experience. Ambiance is great for dinner with friends. The lighted sign out front looks awesome.

This is my neighborhood go to for comfort food. On a rainy day, it's great to get the tomato soup and grilled cheese. The sea bass is excellent for a healthy dinner. When I am in full on comfort mode, I run to the spaghetti and meatballs. Brunch is great too. Cozy atmosphere and nice owners.

Very solid food, menu is relatively small and I was surprised to have so few main courses. Felt we were pushed towards the larger ones ment for sharing. We had the baby back ribs, which were dry rubbed, not smothered in BBQ sauce. First time I had them that way and it certainly grew on us. The barely risotto and asparagus were very good as well
