TITLE Boxing Club Greenwood Village is a fitness club that offers a combination of boxing and kickboxing classes. Each trainer’s individual style makes every class unique. You’ll be excited to come back for the strong community we’ve developed and a new experience in every class.
TITLE Boxing Club Greenwood Village offers you a way to strengthen your core faster than any other exercise class. If you are looking for a change, this is where you will find it. People of all fitness levels are welcome to participate and go at their own pace.
- The first 15 minutes: Warm Up. A Full Body stretching, jogging, calisthenics, jumping, lunging, squats, ect. The purpose is to get your heart rate up and to get you sweating!
- 30 minutes on the Bag: Boxing or Kickboxing. This portion is set up in 3-minute rounds that consist of basic boxing/kickboxing combinations and then a 1-minute “active rest.” The “active rest” gives you a break without dropping your heart rate.
- The Last 15: Core and Cool Down. Using a medicine ball and body resistance we finish the workout strong by sculpting your body!
