Dear Christina,

As with any pet hospital, dentist office, or physician; appointments are made to accommodate routine non-emergency health issues. Furthermore, by arriving early to an appointment, you can expect a wait time. On that day you arrived early, and our staff was in the treatment room tending to hospitalized pets, during which they will leave the front door locked until the first appointment for security reasons.  

Unfortunately, in your situation an appointment was scheduled for Monday instead of Sunday.  The staff explained the situation, but before they could finish you became upset, demanded a refund on your plan, and left the practice. We tried to call and apologize for the inconvenience; unfortunately our calls were not returned. 

We always value our clientele feedback and look forward to improving our business based on that feedback. We wish you and Rupaul the best in the future, he is truly a sweet kitty and we enjoyed seeing him grow with every visit.
