As we've often done in late April or early May, from 4/29 to 5/3 of 2015 we used Bill's birthday as the occasion to take a long weekend vacation. This year we didn't want to get very far from home. We spent Wednesday and Thursday nights in Galena, IL; Friday night in Madison, WI; and Saturday night in Mayville, WI near Horicon Marsh.

Google used the few pictures I took to create this nifty slide-show story.
