In my opinion, the second best Ramen place in the Mission (behind Ken Ken). Ken Ken usually has a long line, though, so this is a great place to satisfy your Ramen craving without having to travel up to Japantown. They also have good and inexpensive Nigori sake.

The clam ramen is the best ramen I've had in the mission. Their eggs are especially good

Going out for ramen with pescetarian friends can be challenging. So when I heard this place is known for their veggie, or clam options, we put a date on the calendar. The ramen was good. My friend said the veggie option was the best veggie ramen she's had. However, the customer service left much to be desired. They are super strict about not seating you unless the entire party is present. Even if the restaurant is empty. Even if you are visibly pregnant. Then when they changed their mind and seated us, they quickly and rudely told us to order food or leave. My friend tried to order something on the menu, and they told us it wasn't available, with such attitude as if we asked for an item that wasn't printed on the menu. There's enough ramen places in the city that I won't be back, unless I have a veggie friend dying for ramen. Food good. Service bad.

My favorite ramen spot in the hood. I love the rich tonkotsu broth. And if you want your ramen spicy, they actually make it spicy.

Awesome for vegetarians. Veggie ramen that isn't an afterthought! I have gone here with meat eaters as well and they preferred the veggie ramen to the meat. Add bean sprouts and it's pretty awesome!
