You've got a 1-in-2 million chance of catching one of these blue bad boys. Personally, I'll stick with our Florida Keys Lobster...at least their red!

Roses, champagne, and chocolates aren't just for Valentine's Day anymore. This week, we've been fortunate enough to host three wonderful Anniversaries, two milestone Birthdays, and a high school sweetheart Honeymoon. Congratulations to John and Karen, and best wishes to all of our fabulous guests!

Best little hidden gem in Key West. The owners make you feel like family. located in a quiet street South of Truman and despite having the street facing room on the 1st level it was quiet as can be.

Great find! Clean, quiet, convenient! Shawn, Molly and the housekeeper all go out of their way to make your stay everything you would want it to be! Simple as that! You won't regret it!

I recently got back from a trip to Key West and stayed at the Grand Guest House. I’m a regular traveler for work, and spend a lot of time in corporate hotels so when I vacation I always like to stay at places a little more unique and intimate like B&Bs or Boutique Hotels. Key West has some great options and the Grand did not disappoint. I put off booking a place until the week before my trip, which limited my options when looking for something affordable and nice, I lucked out by choosing the Grand! I appreciated the fact that I could see the rooms and book online easily from their website – you can’t always do this with B&B’s (sometimes having to call or email to check availability) and I usually don’t get around to booking things until the evening well past regular working hours. This small property has a lot of personality; the grounds are gorgeous and private. It’s in a great location – easy walking to the beach or Duval St. (Better yet, they have bikes to rent onsite). The room I had was a one bedroom suite and had a fridge, microwave, futon couch, and the A/C worked well (which is important in July). The room was clean and quiet. Parking was available right out front, and additional was available at the end of the block – which was nice, I’ve been to some places at Key West and had to find street parking, or their lot was far too small. Best of all the manager of the property, Derek, went out of his way to make you feel welcomed and give advice on places to eat and things to do. I’m sure I’ll be back to Key West sometime in the future and will definitely book the Grand again! Highly recommended!

Staying at the Grand Guest House made our trip to Key West. The staff/owners are extremely knowledgable and go out of their way to provide you with helpful information and prompt service. It is located close enough to Duval to walk, but far enough away to be quiet when you need it to be. Our room was clean and the breakfast was quick and easy. We plan on staying here again when we come back to Key West without a doubt.

Just got back from Key West with my wife and I can't recommend this place enough. It's right in the middle of Key West so you're within walking distance to everything. If you choose not to walk they also have bike rentals, don't drive around I sincerely believe you're missing out on a lot of atmosphere by driving around. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. The shower is a good size. The breakfast was better than I expected. The staff is extremely friendly. They have list of their favorite restaurants on a dry erase boards and we tried a couple of them and they were great. We had to leave early but I honestly will come back as soon as possible it was the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time.

We just returned from 4 nights here, the place was nice, quiet and generally very clean except for the shower which needed a changed shower liner and had hair floating around the drain. Overall we liked the place but we also noticed that each day we saw the owners running around but they never took the time to speak with any of us... they just walked by and said hi. We would be interested in trying some of the other places in the area.

A stay at The Grand Guesthouse provides a unique, friendly glimpse of life in historic Old Town. The facility is excellent, in a great location just a couple blocks south of the cemetery. Ask Derek, the manager, for tips to find where the locals eat, fun things to do and how to save a buck. When my crown came loose, Derek recommended a dentist. He also recommended a unique sunset photo opportunity. This was our second visit to the guesthouse. It won't be our last.
