Central Virginia Moms & Dads, listen up! How many times have you needed Urgent Care for your kiddos, and it was the evening, or weekend, or a holiday and your Pediatric practice was closed? New post up at The Gleeful Gourmand! My omelets used to be mildly horrifying: brown, cooked too much, and over-stuffed. No more. I learned (the hard way) how to cook a proper Classic French Omelet. Two cartons of eggs later and I almost have it right.
