I am sorry about the experience you had dealing with our flooring store. Mike admittedly made a mistake in this situation with you and your family. Every once in a while mistakes happen, but we as a business aren't using that as an excuse. We hope you'll accept our apology, and allow us the opportunity to make it right. If there is anything that will make this situation right in your mind, please come in and we'd be happy to work it out. We have prided ourselves on customer service for the past 30 years, and look forward to serving our customers for 30 more.
