Had a brunch rendezvous here on a Sunday morning. The Pickled Bloody Mary was awesome and such a cool take on the original drink! I am a huge fan of pickles which is definitely a strong flavor in the drink. The brunch menu has some unique dishes and the standard omlettes, eggs and mixed platters. I opted for a salad with eggs. Everything was fresh, well prepared and tasty! A good social gathering spot.

Gorgeous Day's Steak. Avoid as much as you can the sprouts (which I usually love) as they are braised but means here not cooked. The rest is just fine. Totally would go back

On a freezing cold Boston day, I popped into Back Bay Social Club at random for lunch. The custom bloody marys are a great idea and my burger and fries were cooked to absolute perfection. I sat at the (lower level) bar which was very lively and great for people watching.

I've only had apps and drinks here but the bartenders downstairs are extremely drink savvy. Every drink they recommend is awesome and their knowledge of scotches and whiskeys is worth listening to.

we have dinner...and attend social networking events. their burgers, fish & steak were good, but not notably exceptional in any way, and the same goes for the service. Old school speakeasy... Classy and sassy, but not too trashy. TIP: I agree with the "Cougar Club" label, based on the people on the prowl... if the upstairs bar is light on the ladies... be sure to check out the lower floor!

Very cool place. It was really loud though. The wait staff was surprisingly proper. The drink selection was good. The food was great and unexpectedly creative. I was thinking it'd be standard pub fair, but I ordered the brisket in bbq sauce over mac-n-cheese with broccolini. It was delicious; I didn't even need a knife for the brisket. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Back Bay Social Club is on a beautiful stretch of Boylston Street. You can tell this is place to have a drink and meet-up with friends. This scene features premium bar food with a price tag of $22.00 for The Social Burger. Premium ingredients consisting of a bakery bun, cheese, bacon, and onion are served very artfully on a wood plank. The beef has a great flavor but my patty (ordered medium) was just a little too dry. The bacon was a little too crispy and the flavors were not just melting together for me. This burger could use some pickles, mustard, or a rich aioli to help pull everything together. While it is not the best in Boston this burger is more than adequate to enjoy a night on the patio at Back Bay Social Club.

Stopped by this evening by myself for a quick beer and a bite. Social Burger was excellent -- one of the best burgers I've had. Sat outside and the first beer I ordered took a while to arrive, but other than that the service was quite friendly and efficient.
