Hit or miss with food, but a great spot to camp out for a night. That 24/7 diner that the neighborhood needs. Some nice brunch items too. Great little patio up the street from Echo Park Lake.

Slow service at times, but always delicious. Definitely check it out If you're comfortable around the hippy dippy hipster crowd.

This place overall, was fantanstic for my first visit. The ambience was very chill/relaxed; and the food was to die for. I ordered the Lemon Souffle Blueberry Pancakes, and it was amazing-- from the presentation to the taste. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the flavored lemonades-- too much syrup and ice, and not enough lemonade. Also, there wasn't a lot of parking...we also had a wait even though the place wasn't half-full; however, those pancakes made the wait worth itt.

This was my first time at brite spot. The place is very cool and old school. I had the steak and eggs which came with hashbrowns and toast. My Gf chose a custom omelette which came with hash and toast as well. The steak was tough.. a better like milanesa would be great. Gf said the omelette was looked good and ingredients were fresh but bland. I had to ask for my coffee to be refilled. Overall I would give them another shot at redemption.
