Six of us ate there last evening. Good service, good food, leisurely pace. The place was busy but even though we were aware of conversations around us we could easily converse with everyone at our table. The three hours passed by much too quickly.

I took my family to this Melting Pot for my birthday. What a fun night out. $250 for a family of 6. Movies can run $100 after tickets and snacks... Dinner at MP takes about 2.5 hours, just like dinner and entertainment! Great time. My family says we will be going back.

The fondues are mixed right in front of you. As far as cooking your own food, everything had a two minute cook time except the potatoes (5 minutes). By the time our sauces were portioned out onto our plates, our first pieces of meat were ready to be taken out of the broth and the next were ready once those were eaten. While definitely on the expensive side, it is a fun place to visit for a special occasion. Only complaint would be that the alcoholic beverages were on the small side. All told we were there for 2.5 hours and it went by so fast that we were surprised at how late it was when we left.

Fantastic place. Delicious food, wonderful service, tasty beverages, and an all around great experience. My 1st time there and I loved it. It is very expensive but we'll worth it for a special occasion.

Took my wife and the 4 course was unique and the privacy booth is nice for that romantic Vibe. Not your average cookie cutter spot.

So, I wanted to get a group of my girls together for a happy hour at the Melting Pot Chesterfield. And not just an happy hour, but we were going to bring our gently used jewelry to donate to a women's charity. (I work with a jewelry company). I saw that their website allows large groups, so I called 2 weeks in advance to reserve a couple of tables. I was actually turned away! Because it would be "disruptive to the other customers". Whaaaa??? You are going to turn away 20+ amazing, professional women that want to donate to a charity AND would be buying ALOT of fondue and drinks... just because we are going to be bringing in jewelry? Very shocked and disappointed. Looking for another place in Chesterfield if anyone has any suggestions. (May 30th at 5pm is the date we are looking for)
