I will never bring my vehicle to this place again. They had my vehicle for 55 days and never fixed the problem. They just made my problems bigger and bigger. They are very unorganized, never know whats going on, and never return my vehicle in the condition it should have been in. I had grease all over, broken things that were not broken already, things missing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! The list is never ending. I have a huge paper typed out just for this one company!!!

Went look at a few vehicles and salesman was arrogant and snobbish, even my 12 yr old kid could tell something was off. I am not sure it was a bad day or what but they missed out on moving a $55k + vehicle off the lot because I bought one elsewhere.

Let's see - My car had a recall on it since September 2014. I started having really bad issues with it last week. So I called Courtesy to get it repaired. The guy I spoke to kept telling me that what I was explaining to him was not what was covered under the recall. Then he gave me an appointment date that was a little more than 2 weeks away (February 25, 2015). I asked him what should I do if I can't get my car started. He told me to tow it in!! He was such a BIG help!! hahaha - NOT!!!
