Brandon and Andie did a great job in taking care of me during my visit. They worked quickly, finished up my paperwork, and had me out of the door within a few hours. My only complaint is that the car could have been detailed a bit better before leaving. Mind you, I did come at 5:30 with them closing at 7:00, so the detailer likely didn't have a lot of time left. I was given some cleaning supplies to help take care of a few missed areas to compensate. Courtesy took great care of me and even a few of my coworkers - as a result, there are 3 GMC Terrains sitting on our campus right now. We plan to take a group photo one day to send to the dealership for advertisement. :)

I will never bring my vehicle to this place again. They had my vehicle for 55 days and never fixed the problem. They just made my problems bigger and bigger. They are very unorganized, never know whats going on, and never return my vehicle in the condition it should have been in. I had grease all over, broken things that were not broken already, things missing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! The list is never ending. I have a huge paper typed out just for this one company!!!

A right on, right time, right place happening. For starters, Andrea Carlson was the utmost sweetest and informative rep when I called Courtesy. Her enthusiasm and expertise in knowing and telling me about all my options was top shelf and I never thought I would enter into a lease but I'm so happy I did. What a GREAT deal and I LOVE my Encore!!! Thank you Andrea! Now, on to vehicle pick up day. Courtesy Rep. John Barrar was and still is after my purchase a world class attentive gentleman. He answered all my questions and then some with a smile. I never felt ignored or put on hold. Even after my purchase when dealing with OnStar full set-up John was on top of it. I'm all set now and I am very grateful. Thank you John! In the business world we are expected to be on our A game, but when the sale is all done it's an honor to know there are ones who take their job with rich integrity giving their best and being there for the buyers for any other concerns that may arise. Let's see - My car had a recall on it since September 2014. I started having really bad issues with it last week. So I called Courtesy to get it repaired. The guy I spoke to kept telling me that what I was explaining to him was not what was covered under the recall. Then he gave me an appointment date that was a little more than 2 weeks away (February 25, 2015). I asked him what should I do if I can't get my car started. He told me to tow it in!! He was such a BIG help!! hahaha - NOT!!!
