Let's see - My car had a recall on it since September 2014. I started having really bad issues with it last week. So I called Courtesy to get it repaired. The guy I spoke to kept telling me that what I was explaining to him was not what was covered under the recall. Then he gave me an appointment date that was a little more than 2 weeks away (February 25, 2015). I asked him what should I do if I can't get my car started. He told me to tow it in!! He was such a BIG help!! hahaha - NOT!!!

All around horrible customer service. Little care for their patrons. There were so many disgruntled customers when I was there to pick up my vehicle, I lost count. Ignored multiple times at the check out counter. Service department is over scheduled, and my vehicle needs were not a priority nor was I given an accurate estimate of how long it would take with the repair. Did not seem to care I was without a vehicle for a week. Would never buy a vehicle from these guys.

I bought a GMC Sierra 1500 extended cab for my son for college (38,000) before I finished paying the note all of the paint on the hood and fenders started to peal off in large sheets , went to several body shops and was informed that it was a factory defect, " Courtesy Buick GMC" in lafayette louisiana at 4750 johnston st. would not stand behind there product. Surley the paint on a new truck should out last the payments ( not the case). If contemplating buying a Truck from courtesy Buick GMC "BEWARE" the paint will not last and you will have to pay to get it fixed. Hope this will help the general public ( Just tired of the honest hard working people being taken advantage of ) Thanks

Matt was great because he took the time to fit us into the car that we wanted and one that would fit our budget. He also spent time showing us all of the features of the Buick. We liked his personal touch to the selling process: he didn't just treat us like another sales, but was very nice and knowledgeable.
