My experience with your dealership in purchasing the 2016 Buick Enclave was wonderful and completely stress free. I tried to purchase the same car from a local dealership and was completely frustrated (plus the deal was insulting) and I was ready to drive my 2009 Camry for another 5 years just to avoid the experience! Brandon Lejeune and Andrea Carlson restored my faith in the old saying - the customer comes first! Brandon's texts, emails and phone calls made the experience enjoyable while acquiring the car of my dreams. Andrea checked on me along the way to make sure I was satisfied in every respect. I'm 2 hours away from Courtesy and they delivered the new car and picked up my old car - talk about customer service!! It could NOT have been any better. Thanks to Brandon, Andrea and Courtesy for making my car dreams come true!!

Vahn Alexander in service was great to work with. He called me at least twice a day to update me on my truck. The rental department also took care of me. Great experience.

Courtesy Gmc in Lafayette is the place to buy. Salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone at the dealership was courteous from the sales to parts to random workers passing by. Would recommend this dealership highly. Very pleased and satisfied with experience of this purchase.

Brandon and Andie did a great job in taking care of me during my visit. They worked quickly, finished up my paperwork, and had me out of the door within a few hours. My only complaint is that the car could have been detailed a bit better before leaving. Mind you, I did come at 5:30 with them closing at 7:00, so the detailer likely didn't have a lot of time left. I was given some cleaning supplies to help take care of a few missed areas to compensate. Courtesy took great care of me and even a few of my coworkers - as a result, there are 3 GMC Terrains sitting on our campus right now. We plan to take a group photo one day to send to the dealership for advertisement. :)

A right on, right time, right place happening. For starters, Andrea Carlson was the utmost sweetest and informative rep when I called Courtesy. Her enthusiasm and expertise in knowing and telling me about all my options was top shelf and I never thought I would enter into a lease but I'm so happy I did. What a GREAT deal and I LOVE my Encore!!! Thank you Andrea! Now, on to vehicle pick up day. Courtesy Rep. John Barrar was and still is after my purchase a world class attentive gentleman. He answered all my questions and then some with a smile. I never felt ignored or put on hold. Even after my purchase when dealing with OnStar full set-up John was on top of it. I'm all set now and I am very grateful. Thank you John! In the business world we are expected to be on our A game, but when the sale is all done it's an honor to know there are ones who take their job with rich integrity giving their best and being there for the buyers for any other concerns that may arise. Much love and respect. I will be back!

I will never bring my vehicle to this place again. They had my vehicle for 55 days and never fixed the problem. They just made my problems bigger and bigger. They are very unorganized, never know whats going on, and never return my vehicle in the condition it should have been in. I had grease all over, broken things that were not broken already, things missing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! The list is never ending. I have a huge paper typed out just for this one company!!!
