It looks great and easy. Basil Fried Rice is one of my favorite foods. It would be helpful if you would put the ingredient list in your video description.

Lazy jaguar
This second jaguar didn't do much. She just lay there periodically moving her head to gaze off in another direction. We didn't stay long in any case, thinking that the first jaguar gave up plenty of jaguar viewing. Time to move on to more important sighting...

Closeup
This is the second jaguar we saw. You can see how closely the boats approach. We did not get this close. Even though the cat seems undisturbed, it is hard to imagine that this does not affect its behavior. Still, it is impressive, especially becaue these ca...

Heron, Heroff
This is a chestnut-breasted heron, quite  beautiful bird. We didn't see many of them.

Giant Otter
Well, I am not above lying. You know how in the last photo I told you it was a picture of an anaconda? Well, it wasn't. It was two giant otters, one after the other. Today's photo shows a single giant otter doing a very good impression of the Loch Ness Mons...

Thick legs, beautiful eyes
This female capybara displays a characteristic of wild capybaras that does not seem to be duplicated in domestic capys. Namely, her legs are very thick with really large feet. This is standard in wild capys. Maybe it's their tougher environment. She also ha...

Kitten
Sorry this isn't the best photo in the world, but I thought you'd like to see it. Instead of seeing capybaras, we ended up seeing a couple more jaguars. This one is a kitten (or cub, but why do they call them that?). I think our guide said he is about a yea...

Jaguar, jaguar burning bright
This is the same jaguar as in yesterday's photo. She is an adult female. Our guide, Ailton Lara, knew many of the jaguars on sight, mainly be the spots on their heads. He sees the same ones along the river because they have territories.

A dead caiman
Even a giant otter can't kill a caiman. This caiman was probably killed by a jaguar.

Otter Tails
Here are two giant otters just minding their own business. In fact, the otters did not even seem to notice us and our boat. In this image you can see just how long the otters are. We never saw one completely out of the water so I don't know how much of that...

Anaconda!
Wow! Look at this huge anaconda we saw near the capybara family. Poor things. Those babies better not go in the water!

Open wide
If it seems as i jaguars are always yawning, that's because they are. Being the top predator in all of the Americas appears to be boring work. Or they're just acting like cats.

My life is centered around a capybara. I am a liberal, atheist tree-hugger.
Introduction
Wouldn't the sentence "I want to put two hyphens between the words Fish and And and And and Chips in my Fish-And-Chips sign" be clearer if quotation marks had been placed before Fish, and between Fish and and, and and and And, and And and and, and and and And, and And and and, and and and Chips, and after Chips?"
