Well long time lurker and reader and first time poster to this group. Last year I helped start a gaming group at Eastern Michigan University that grew to be one of the largest groups on campus with over 70 active members. This year I have been put in charge of the RPG committee. Basically my job is too make sure that players can find games, GMs can find players, that people have a place to play along with supplies, to make sure people new to RPGs feel welcome and eager to try them out and if necessary to serve as a neutral mediator in case of group conflict. Has anyone here ever had a similar task and have any tips or stories to share?
