Probably should have tried the clam chowder. People all around seemed to be enjoying it. I had fish and chips. Nice light batter, perfectly cooked flakey fish. Will definitely try them again on my next trip. BTW, wonderful service.

Clam soup? That's not what I ordered! I've been getting a bowl of chowder here for years and today all they serve is a "mug" of chowder for the same price as a bowl was before. And it's watered down so much is more like broth consistency than chowder. I doubt I'll be back for this over priced clam soup again!

I'm not sure if this moved, but this was actually in Terminal C, just after security. Rather than getting lunch quickly before heading to the airport, I decided to go to the airport on my way out of Boston with some extra time to try Legal Sea Foods in my terminal. The experience was alright, but nothing too special. I got the New England Clam Chowder and the Crab Cake Sandwich with Vegetables instead of fries. The Clam Chowder was scalding hot, so much so that I burned my mouth and needed to wait, stirring and blowing into the mug for some time before it was edible. I thought the taste would blow me away, as I've never had Clam Chowder in New England, but it didn't really seem special to me. There wasn't a large amount of seafood in it from what I could tell, and there was nothing giving it a differentiating flavor or freshness. The Crab Cake sandwich was a bit disappointing. The bread for the sandwich was really good: pillowy and light, so as not to distract from the crab cake or cause it to fall apart. However, the crab cake was tiny, dwarfed by the size of the bread, and it seemed to have a decent amount of filler. I couldn't really verify the freshness, as I didn't feel like I was getting big chunks of crab. The vegetables I got instead of fries turned out to be carrots: I usually really like carrots, but something about these weren't appetizing. The flavor was off for me. The service wasn't bad, but it also wasn't very fast. I was there for over 30 minutes, which seems like a lot for an airport restaurant when everyone is in a rush. They never asked me about my flight information or situation, so for all they knew, they were making me late for takeoff. Additionally, it was a pretty expensive meal, especially for lunch. I won't be back.

General Review: Legal Seafood - a Boston landmark. Always great quality seafood at a decent price. New England clam chowder. Lobster. Clams. And all the fish that the North Atlantic has to offer. And seriously, their rolls are amazing! You really can't go wrong here. It's a must to bring guests from out of town here for the true Boston traditional seafood experience!

The quickest most delicious seafood in an airport that you will find. I recommend the clam chowder or the crab cake sandwich from here. Great with a pint of beer and some people watching in the terminal.
