Good atmosphere !Was on the list of places to eat in Omaha since all my friends rave about it, and it is good! I would go again to try my hand at a different sandwich.Just was a little disheartening that the burger my hubby ordered was not medium but medium rare borderline rare. Also as much as we enjoyed the Dragon fries and duck fries (Dragon fries were by far the fave!) The amount of salt was very heavy laden. Enjoyed our beer: zip line oatmeal stout and dark side.Good to bring the kiddos if you can snag yourself a booth seat!

In town from Seattle, and just learned the true value of Yelp. Were at the HD Zoo, and had my daughter yelp nearby places to eat. 16 blocks on the way to Eppley...turned out the food was absolutely great, very reasonably priced, and served quickly. Great small place to catch a bite.

In town for a weekend getaway and sought this place out after reading some excellent reviews online. Glad I did, as it's quite possible I just consumed the best burger I've ever had. Behold the Croque Garcon: 1/3 lb burger, cheese, ham, over-easy egg, truffle butter, all slapped onto a perfectly toasted ciabatta. As the egg broke over the contents, I pondered how messy I would get eating (answer: very). I couldn't stop taking bites and had the burger down in no time. Pair this with the poutine and you'll be a happy camper. My table also had the Pulled Pork Roll, which was good in its own way, but didn't hold a candle to the Croque Garcon. Service was with a smile. Very friendly staff at the restaurant. Highly recommended. Get there early or be prepared for a line (and no available seating) as the interior is relatively tiny.

Great food! Can be a bit if a wait but it's worth it.

Don't miss this place. Get there before the the line is down the street and around the corner. Worth the drive from denver or chicago.

This was one of the best burgers I have ever had. It's a small shop that you could miss walking by, but when you go inside people are everywhere. Service is great. Food is incredible, and actually they have some awesome tea as well.

Living in Austin, we have no shortage of amazing food options, which makes it difficult for my wife and I to travel and find things we like. This last trip to Omaha, we found 2 places that are both amazing. Block 16 and Mula, I highly recommend these to anyone willing to try something a little different. Block 16 is a little chic place where they have awesome beer choices, a really nice looking menu with tons of options, and not too long of a wait time (we are used to waiting about 45 minutes for some restaurants in Austin). We both had the burgers which were fantastic, a little messy, but delicious none-the-less. The sweet potato fries were a little mushy but the dipping sauce made up for that because it was so good. Block 16 is great and even if you live in far west omaha, I think it's worth the trip. Highly recommend!

Seriously, some of the best food in Omaha! I had the duck sandwich and it blew my mind. They do a great blend of fine cuisine with home cooked favorites and it's all pretty affordable. The fancier, the more expensive but it's nothing compared to other food the same caliber. Check them out for sure.
