A project I'm working on at work has a number of charts in the design. I ran across this very helpful JavaScript library to help render them. Compatible with browsers IE9 and newer, IE8 with the help of polyfills.

Open source HTML5 charts using the canvas tag. Chart.js is an easy way to include animated graphs on your website.

I've been exploring the idea of cable-cutting for a while and going solely with OTA, but two major issues have been the lack of a subscription-free program guide and difficulty/inability to move recordings to a different device (say, my PC). On the surface, at least, this device seems to resolve both of those problems. Thoughts?

CSSOff2013 is done. Now that submissions are closed and nobody can copypasta my awful code, have a look if you're curious:

Seems I'm not the only person occasionally suffering the Youtube bug where replaying a video doesn't work. Speaking of replaying a video, I miss the good old days when you could click the video itself to replay rather than having to hit a 30x20px target.

Whaaaa? If I link to a Youtube video on Google+, anything I say and anything my friends reply about it are viewable by the creator (including this one)? #creepy

Hang it up, Adobe. Photoshop and Illustrator are now obsolete: Was iOS 7 created in Microsoft Word?

Ladies and gentleman, I present to you the world's best argument against anarchy... at least anarchy with half a minute of latency.

Think I might finally have to break down and get a 3DS. Not for Pokemon X/Y, like I expected I would, but for one of the few games made this century with a soundtrack that has successfully gotten itself stuck in my head.

Getting so close on my #CSSOff contest submission. Good thing, too, because the deadline's Tuesday. Modern browsers work, IE8 works, and now I get to enjoy the fun creative bit where I make it look decent on phones and tablets without a design to guide me.

Tablet's gonna be a slight challenge. I think tablets are dumb, so I have trouble visualizing how websites do/should look on them.

The story of Terminator 2 presented using only lines from Shakespeare's "Henry V" is such an amazing concept. Not sure what I like better: that story being mashed up with those lines or those lines being delivered in Schwarzenegger's accent.
