You have got to try this place. We popped in and we're lucky to get a table. Just looking at what you could eat was an experience . I chose the 3 stew platter and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of taste a day the 3 breads that came with the dish.prese tattoo, taste and service was great staff were great.

All of the food was great. The service was a little slow but otherwise also great. I returned again a year later and it held up nicely.

Went there for lunch with a group of friends who were visiting Dublin and Ireland for the first time. Their lunch specials are very good value and the food was great. Two of us ordered the apple and basil crumble for dessert, it was delicious! They serve Irish food and flavours with a very nice plate presentation. The decor is simple and the place is warm and cosy (especially after a very rainy morning like the one we had that day!). The small fireplace was lit. Everybody was very happy with their meals and with the whole experience. The waiter was nice enough to write a little personalized note on the business card one of my friends asked - she collects those. I'm definitely going to recommend it again and I want to try it some other day for dinner.

We walked in here late on a whim, and only just got a table which is a great sign when a lot of other places nearby were completely empty. We had a 3 stew platter, and a boxty with beef and peppercorn sauce. It was quick, delicious and the service was very friendly. Highly recommended, although not the cheapest.

Great unassuming Irish food in the centre of Temple Bar area. I had an Irish stew however my friend had the corned beef boxty which is a real must try! Great food for a cold wet day (all too common in Dublin). It's not the most affordable but tastes great.

Wonderful meal and great service. The parsnip soup was out of this world. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend this place.
