Regarding Claim # 371926 and 371932, respectively.
Same courier reimbursement coupons were sent for both the claims, and obviously it can't be used more than once. Since 22nd Jan 2013 I've followed up more than 10 times in all possible means but no positive response received except just a repetitive one liner: "someone will reach you in 48 hours"!
You just need to generate a new working coupon code and send it across. Seems like the customer care support people are there just for the namesake!
You can surely chalk me out from any future purchase and I'll make it sure that all my friends get to know how you ebay loves to harass their customers!
This is the MOST THIRD CLASS EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD FROM A REPUTED ONLINE STORE!!!
