very interesting!   thanks

Reposting this for those who didn't see it, and because writing anything about von Braun is really hard and I put a lot of effort into making this balanced and fair: My latest on Al Jazeera English looks at Wernher von Braun, a central figure in the Space Race whose Nazi affiliations make him incredibly difficult to talk about in a positive light.

Thanks @sethjmason. Thought provoking.  Especially with furloughs on the near horizon.

Senate Republicans Voted to Arm the Muslim Brotherhood
The choice here was simple: Stand with the Muslim Brotherhood or stand with the American people. Nearly two-thirds of Senate Republicans went with the Brothers.

I will be sending MY senators a note of thanks, they were two of the 19 who voted in favor of Rand Paul's sensible amendment:to stop the weapons transfer to Egypt.

How did YOUR Senators vote? Read the article to understand the issue, and follow the link within to find how your senator voted.

Spring Break 2013. Staff was very courteous and went out of their way to keep the place clean and provide good customer service. Facilities are a bit dated and could use an upgrade, but cleanliness and customer service more than made up for it.

I had a good experience with these folks on 23 Feb 2013. Jeremy was on duty and had me in and out in a matter or minutes. I reserved a trailer over the phone and had no problems with that process either. Excellent customer service, at least dealing with this particular young man. thanks

Thus far, only pool store in Macon that is open on Sunday! That's a huge plus for me. The gentleman on duty was very helpful and friendly. These folks are paying attention to customer service.

The manager was very helpful and courteous, even volunteered to cook a fresh batch of munchkins for my wife's kindergarten class. I'd say he's going out of his way to show good customer service.

I'm a regular customer and really appreciate the good customer service. They go out of their way to find the right book for you, even checking their other stores and ordering if need be. On a personal note, one of the clerks helped me and my elderly mother-in-law search the store from top to bottom for a book that she 'knew she had just seen', but really wasn't there. He was very considerate and patient. I'll support this local brick and mortar book store any chance I get!
