Stayed for a weekend and was very satisfied. Staff was very helpful. Room was excellent. Sound from the nightclub didn't reach the guest rooms. Light rail and restaurants within easy walking distance. Free WiFi requires signing up for their mailing list, which is a little annoying. Overall would definitely stay again.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff friendly and pleasant, the workout room supple and awesome, and the location divine. I went there for my anniversary, and we had the best time!

Nice quiet hotel with a good location. We requested a quite room with a view. When we were checking in, the person at the desk said they think they found us a great balance between the two. When we got to the room (Floor 8, room 815) the view was, how can I describe this, office blocks. There were two windows, upon entering the room, the first view we saw was an office, it was just a couple metres away, close enough to read from the white board they had in there. The second view was another office block, this time further away, but still able to see people in the offices. So be sure to have your curtains/blinds closed for any privacy at all. If you tried to look directly up, you'd see some sky and that's about it. I don't know what the other rooms are like, but base upon this experience alone, and looking at the building from the outside, this hotel isn't one for views. Look here for a quite night and convenience.

The Hotel itself is great. The rooms have a great feel of home. But the staff really sets it apart from the rest. The concierge is top notch and is very accommodating and friendly. We had a mixup in booking (most likely our fault), Kevin and they made it right within 10 minutes. I would recommend to anyone.

We had a 9th floor room on the exterior. Valet service was good. We didn't go to the wine hour or the lounge, nor did we eat in either restaurant or order room service. The room was clean and nicely appointed, beds comfortable, and there was a minibar. There was little additional room in the fridge for our take out, and there was no microwave in the room. There were two robes provided, as well as a sterilized yoga mat. Fuzzy socks were available in the room for purchase.

They are very rude they charge my card because I left roses on my the floor. Manager is very rude doesn't know how to talk to people. The staff are the brew as well. I had a valentine thing with my boyfriend and they charge me for leaving the roses on the floor like why. Bad service. The manager hung up on me when I called him to ask him why they charge my card and to think you'll laugh you spell wine on the floor I never thought Wynot for that service is really really bad manager very rude. I won't recommend this hotel to anybody because they are very rule staff service is very bad don't know how to talk to their guest.

Fantastic looking building. Nice rooms and the best housekeeping I have ever encountered.
