I enjoyed the experience overall, they treat you very well and in a professional manner. My room was clean, everything was comfortable and had a fine stay. The valet service was absolutely amazing. I was most impressed with them due to the fact that my car had died while it was parked in the lot (-15 degrees all three nights) and the valet had wonderful service. The man's name was Justin, he did everything he possibly could to help me out and giving as much time as he could to help me start my car. We couldn't get it started in the morning however so he asked one of the drivers to escort me to where I was going. I couldn't have been more thankful that day for a ride due to it being so frigid and I was already freezing from trying to start the car. Later in the day I had come back with jumper cables and Justin was there again, giving his time and going the extra mile. We got it started and everything turned out wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better service, thanks again!

The hotel itself is very nice. It is very well decorated, extremely elegant, and they treat you like a king/queen... for a price. The staff is extremely nice and will happily take care of whatever they ask you. The extra luxuries are amazing - TV in the wall above the bathtub, extremely huge bathroom with separate door for toilet/shower, entire floor of a premium gym at your disposal (no need for a membership, even though it is a membership based chain gym), yoga mat in the closet, several great places to eat, etc. However, they were seriously lacking in typical complimentary items! I would gladly give up the extra luxuries for a complimentary breakfast, ice machine on each floor (rather than having to call down for someone to bring you ice), free use of business center (rather than 6.75 per 15min and $.50 per print), and water from the tap that doesn't come out completely cloudy.

We stopped there because we were traveling with our dog and found this place on BringFido. Very friendly staff, great value, super comfortable king size bed. We loved the bar lounge in the lobby.

The front desk is horrible. I used to love this hotel but not so much anymore. They charged the incorrect card when I specifically told them, then GAVE THEM the correct card. I will NEVER stay here again. Beware.

The hotel is good. However, don't stay here unless you don't mind getting the hotel charge + $75/day of possible incidentals frozen on your account from day one. Definitely not a good thing when traveling for work on a per diem. Lots of other more convenient options in Minneapolis, when on business travel.

Smells moldy... Hate to say it so harshly, but that's what I remember first and last about my single visit here.

Why does my room smell like a dirty sock? Everything is perfect, but my room is musty. Just had 'turn down servce' which was a bunch of crazy spray spirited around. If i could light a candle it would be fine, but now my eyes are burning from the turn down spray. Great hotel, but smelly room.
