Yumm!
These remind me a little of corn bread, especially if you drizzle some honey on top. My husband and I were born and lived in Central New York until we moved to Arizona upon retirement in 2003. We have been friends for over 50 years, being married for 44 years. Our daughter continues to reside in New York with her family, and we make across-the-country treks each year to keep connected with one another. How blessed we were in 2008 to rejoice at the birth of our grandson. He surely is a delight!
