Rehabbing a second cistern.

Filling the garden water wagon from  the Cistern using an electric submersible pump from Rural King.   I burned up my transfer pump attempting this the day before.   It required a bit more lifting power than the transfer pump could provide.

The transfer pump is a bit of a loss for offloading the wagon.  I should have only used it for that purpose but stupid is stupid does. ;-)
