Ah, the classic vodka martini - how do you prepare yours?

Here's how we craft ours, with North Sister Vodka and local olives from Sisters Olive & Nut Co.:

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. North Sister Vodka

Splash of Dry Vermouth

Olive Juice (as needed)

2 or 3 Happy Hour Olives from Sisters Olive & Nut Co. (Or olives of your choosing)

GARNISH

2 or 3 Olives

HOW TO PREPARE

Swirl a splash of dry vermouth in your martini glass, and pour vermouth into shaker that is filled with ice. Add North Sister Vodka and Olive juice to your liking and shake. Pour contents into martini glass through the strainer, and add olives!

A little autumn chill seems to be setting in here in Central Oregon - which makes us think of the warmth of bourbon. Bourbon, you say? Yup. Our own Broken Top Bourbon, in fact.

It's a ways off (which makes it that much better!!) - so far our #BrokenTopBourbon has been aging in our Kentucky White Oak charred barrels for 10 months! When will you be able to get a hold of this gem?

It will be released in October of 2016. Get excited.
