https://toolorg.com/navistar-truck-tool-inventory/ - Our A-Team traveled out to Westminster, Maryland to install a Navistar Truck tool inventory solution.

00:00 Good afternoon. This is Tool Organization Services...Woody and Dawn. We just organized a specialty tools here in Westminster, Maryland

00:15 It's Bare Truck. It's a medium / heavy duty truck facility.

00:23 What we do is, we come in and inventory all the tools and we place them on these panels, organize them numerically, by OEM's. So, this is Navistar and then they have Isuzu, Allison, Universal tools and Cummins.

00:48 We organize them per OEM and label the panels, which is nice.

00:57 Then, we have these shelves that we use to organize their kits, and we have some smaller totes that we use to organize the tools that have multiple pieces to them. Like this particular one, is a bench calibration harness where they have all the harnesses.

01:18 We put them all together. You can see that the shelves look really nice to organize the kits. We put the number and description on them so they are easy to find

01:34 We also label the shelves to, here on this particular job. They are nice to have for the large items too, that the truck dealers have.

01:48 Over here they actually...they purchased the rack system that Tool Organization Service offers. It comes with the totes. These organize their big harnesses, their non-current tools, if they wnat to save them, some of their high pressure gauges and hoses, power sterring analyzer...

02:08 Stuff that's really big and messy. These totes work great and this rack is great also. You just pull the tote right out. It works really nice and neat too.

02:23 Alright, well, we're gonna wrap it up here. Oh! First, we've got to... I forgot about the dog tag system over here.

02:31 We've got the dog tags. They have their name. We put their name up there, and when they come in to take a tool, they take their dog tag and they put it on the tool they removed from the panel.

02:41 So the next guy knows who has the tool checked out. Then we put their sockets up for them. I'll give you a full view of the tool room looks like after it has been organized.

02:53 Came out really nice. With that, I'm going to say goodbye and thank Tool Organization Services for the job and God for his help.

https://toolorg.com/tool-organization-gmc/ - Tool Organization GMC project completed by our A-Team at Peru, Illinois.

00:00 Ok, we're just wrapping up here at Jeff Perry Buick GMC and we are in Peru, Illinois.

00:10 This was an existing job. They had nine existing panels and they had us come out here and take everything down, inventory everything, clean it, separated out all the non-current tools and put them up a new essential tool inventory, cleaned all their panels and added in six more.

00:29 They had three shelves...this shows you their three shelves. Everything has a home... everything is labeled nice now so they can find it. Everything is in numerical sequence.

00:39 We also put up dog tags for when the technicians come in and get tools. Each gets a set of dog tags as he takes a tool off the board, he replaces the tool with his dog tag.

00:49 Here is a view of their panels. These are their old panels which are from the 1980's. They really cleaned up and turned out nice. You wouldn't even notice. That show you that.

00:59 Over here we have the recommended tools and their double tools. They had a lot of double tools. We broke them down by numbers (they are over there). We also re-purposed this cabinet that they have and placed their double kits, fixtures and made them up transmission boxes and placed them on the bottom.

01:19 So now, when they are working on a transmission, the technician doesn't have to go gather up a bunch of tools. He just grabs the transmission box, goes perform his job. Once completed, he puts his tools back in the box and brings it back and stores it in the cabinet.

01:31 Ok, with that, we're going to thank Tool Org. for the job. They are the people you contact if you need to have your tool room organized. Even if you need to just talk about your tool room, these would be the people you'd contact.

01:53 We worked with Dennis over here. We met Eric and Brandon. Great group of guys. With that, I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to shut er' down.

https://toolorg.com/bmw-tool-organization-solutions/ - Our A-Team traveled out to Durham, North Carolina to install a BMW tool organization solution.

00:00 We are just wrapping up here at Hendrick BMW, and we are in Durham, North Carolina. And this shows you what their tool room turned out like.

00:10 It turned out nice. Here are their panels. All their tools are hung up in numerical sequence, so, every tool has a place. As you can see, it shows you the picture of the tool, the tool itself and the tool number

00:26 If the mechanic knows the tool number, he can just go right to the number. It's numerical sequence, so, it just works like a big book. And, if he doesn't he can physically go through the panels until he visually spots the tool and then retrieve it. And the tool will have a number on it, so he will know how to get it back.

00:43 Here you can see all the tools. Here is their cables... same thing, all their cables are in numerical sequence, hung up by number. With any tool system, a big part of it is having room to grow.

00:57 So, what we do is we hang them up an essential tool inventory, but we also leave room (extra space on the panels or extra panels) to put tools up. With BMW, we'll pull out their legacy tools (we call them) and we place them in containers and break them down by numbers. That's what is back here (behind the panels). We put them in these nice totes, label them nice and they are all broke down by numbers.

01:21 We put up a wall mount over her and hung some of their engine stands, engine lifting fixtures. We put up their dog tags. When a mechanic comes in, he takes a dog tag and hangs it in place of the tool he retrieves.

01:32 Here are their shelves which we label. We make up kits for assembly tools. I'll show you that... I've have a couple of carts for their bearings. This is a spring compressor cart that has all their spring compressor tools in it. I'll see if I can open it up and show you... [opens cabinet to view in]

01:53 There is a cabinet over here for shop supplies. This shows you the kits I spoke about earlier. We made them up one for the N20 timing tools, N51, N63 and any other tools that have an assembly or a lot of pieces. Messy tools, we'll place in these totes.

02:10 Ok, with that, we worked for Ray, we met Gary & Danny over here (the foremans). They are a great group of guys.

02:18 If you are looking to have your tool room done, these are the people you contact. That's 888-245-0050 or ToolOrg.com. If you are looking to have your tool room done, no matter if you have tool boxes, panels or whatever you have, these are the people you should contact, get some advice. We have lots of videos out their that show you before's and after's.

02:46 Ok, with that I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to shut er' down.

https://toolorg.com/chrysler-tool-storage/ - Our A-Team traveled out to Fayetteville, Tennessee to complete a Chrysler tool storage project.

00:00 Ok, we're just wrapping up here. We are in Fayettevill, Tennesee. This was Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store and this is a panel tool system that we've installed here.

00:13 This puts all their tools out. They're visible, in numerical sequence. We enter all this information into a database so that they can tell, they can sit at their station, and see if they have or don't have the tool. We make allowances for all the tools they are suppose to have and we put them up on an essential tool list, and we also, leave them room for growth.

00:34 That is, new tools come in, like we know new tools are coming in, and this area here. So, we leave them room to place their new tools on. We leave them room on their shelves. They have room for new kits and new fixtures that will also be coming in.

00:48 We also put them up a dog tag system and we usually, put in a sign-in / sign-out on their tool inventories. So, we are finishing this on Friday. By Monday morning they will have a tool inventory sitting on their computer that will show everything that they have.

01:08 This shows you their kits. They are all labeled, easy to find. And their fixtures...We have all these shelves organized and in numerical sequences. We make them up little kits where it works out best to put it in one of these little totes. We'll put all of the loose pieces in their and we'll make that into a kit.

01:30 This shows you what it turned out like. We worked for Sharon and Sasha over here, and Eddie. A great group, and could I see the inside of a panel real quick dear?

01:40 Here's my beautiful bride. This is what the inside of a panel looks like. When we get it all done, we use baskets, bags, hooks, totes, whatever is going to work best for it. This shows you another one.

01:59 Ok, with that I'm going to go ahead and thank Tool Org for the job.

02:02 Again! If you are looking to have your tool room organized, these are the people you will contact. They are Tool Organization Services. Here's the phone number and website. In case that was blurry, that is 888-245-0050.

02:21 Them are the people, even if you just want to talk about what you have, we can get you a FREE quote, FREE layout...won't cost you nothing, and we can straighten your tool room out no matter what system you have.

Our A-Team traveled out to Blackfoot, Idaho to complete a Chrysler Ford tool storage project.

00:00 Ok, this is Tool Organization Services, and we just finished up a project here in Blackfoot, Idaho. Tadd Jenkins, it's a Chrysler Ford dealership...

00:14 We actually had eighteen panels for Chrysler and thirteen for Ford. We have Chrysler on this side...and then, we have the three shelves here. We put all of their fixtures and their kits.

00:30 And, I can show you a panel here. We have a wall mount back there. We put some of their bigger fixtures on. Show you some panels here with some tools on them. [panning up and down panel]. There we go, a nice full panel there. We place a label on each one.

01:20 Ok. Over here on the right, we have the Ford. And then we have their shelves over here. We have all their kits organized by years.

01:40 There is some of their desirable tools that we separated for them.

01:46 And then they had quite a bit of doubles, and then also, in the parts department they have double kits. We had all them organized for them real nice. And then, these are their older from 1960 to 1990 kits that we saved for them. All inventoried and on their inventory.

02:13 All right, that's it. It was a big project, but they have an excellent tool room. And with that, we're going to shut er' down and head down the road.

https://toolorg.com/gm-specialized-tool-storage/ - Our A-Team traveled out to Kiowa, Kansas to complete a Chevrolet Buick specialized tool organization project.

00:00 Ok, we're just wrapping it up here, we're at Jeff Bryan Chevrolet Buick, and we are in Kiowa, Kansas.

00:10 This is a sixteen panel job with a custom installation and two shelves. And this shows you their new tool room. We're up in a mezzanine...

00:21 They had these shelves over here when we arrived here, so we utilized them. We have all their fixtures and engine stand components on them.

00:30 Down here, are their non-current tools that we've taken out. We broke them down by numbers. And, these other three totes, we have the recommended tools broke down by numbers.

00:43 This show you their shelves. The lighting is not that great up here, they are waiting on electricians to get there to do the lighting for them.

00:52 This show you their panels. These are black panels. They are custom panels. It gives you an idea of how they come out. They are on twelve inch centers.

01:01 This is a numerical tool system. Everything works by the numbers. It works from lowest to highest. So, no matter what alpha is in front of it, you just think about the numbers and you just go from the lowest number to the highest number. Which is perfect for GM, that's how they sequence out numbers, so their new tools will be coming to the ends. 99% of their new tools will be coming to the ends. And they (Dealership) have room to grow their.

01:29 This shows you their black panels. Let me push this down and I'll show you this again. Shows you what their panels look like. I wish our lighting was a little bit better up here for this, but you get the general idea.

01:47 So, we worked for Jeff Bryan over here. He is just a great guy, a great team over here, and uh... it's been a pleasure being here working for these guys.

01:57 This shows you the sign that they are going to have hanging up down their for their specialty tools.

02:05 Ok, with that, I'm going to thank Tool Organization for the job, and I'm going to thank God for His help as always. I'm going to get on down the road.

https://toolorg.com/mercedes-benz-tool-organizer/ - Here is an tool project completed for a Mercedes Benz auto dealer in Jackson, Mississippi by Tool Org's own A-Team, Woody and Dawn.

00:00 Ok, we're just wrapping it up here at Mercedes-Benz of Jackson. And we are in Jackson, Mississippi and they've just built a brand new facility here [pans camera around facility].

00:10 And, so, this is their new tool room. We brought all their tools and panels and wall-mount from the other shop to this one.

00:22 We have nineteen panels and five shelves, and we have this half shelf here...that we put this engine stand component on. Which makes it mobile and very easy for the guys to move and take right over to where they are working.

00:38 So, we have the nineteen panels. Here is their dog tags. We've got them all labeled. I'll show you some of the panels here...how that looks.

00:57 We use some of the baskets for the bushing components. They have a lot of pieces so this makes it nice and easy for the guys to come in and grab the components and put them back in the basket.

01:12 Then they have the wall-mount back here, which works really good for the service guys for these big fixtures.

01:24 We have these smaller totes here that we put the machine components in. As you can see, this one over here so we can show you, they have a lot of parts in them. It makes it nice and easy for the guys to just grab and take to their station.

01:48 And, their kits, and we labeled the shelves. And, we also have this toolbox here, which the guys put all their spring compressors in, so they could also wheel that to their station...which makes it nice and easy.

02:07 So, there we go. We're going to head down the road. We're going to thank Tool Organization for the job and God for His help.

https://toolorg.com/chevy-gm-buick-tool-storage/ - Here is an tool organization project completed for a Chevy GM Buick auto dealer in Highland, Illinois by Tool Org's own A-Team, Woody and Dawn.

00:00 Ok, well, we're just wrapping it up here at Steve Schmitt Chevy, GM, Buick dealership in Highland, Illinois.

00:13 They have eighteen panels altogether. Twelve existing panels from the early 1990's and they purchased six of the new panels. They have six shelves and two pieces of wallmount, and this is how it came out.

00:35 There is a before video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-r718EO4AA the tools were pretty dirty. They needed our services bad.

00:43 There's their recommended tools. First, we took out all the old tools, all the non-current tools out of the system. Then we separated the essential tools and the recommended tools. We placed the recommended tools in totes. But, some of the recommeded tools we did hang up that we've seen the mechanics use.

01:08 Here's one wallmount. We started to put tools on that. You can see the old panels...their blue. Woody cleaned them up and they came out pretty nice. I mean, pretty impressive, that these panels are from the early 1990's and they are still in good shape. [laughs] That just shows you how the tools system really holds up.

01:36 Alright, so then, down here there's a shelp with transmission kits that we made for them. I think they have, like, seven...they wanted all the transmission kits made up for them, so we did that.

01:49 This is another piece of wallmount. We hung one of the fixtures up there.

01:57 There's the new panels. And they have all new...uh...all new steel and we put all new brackets on the tops, because they had the old, old brackets which were first design, and so, they've new brackets. You can see how nice the tools and how everything is all cleaned up. We cleaned all the tools and wiped them down, because they were pretty dirty.

02:29 It took us all six days. It was a lot of tools, a lot of cleaning. But, they have a nice tool room now and everything is all cleaned up for them, refreshed, brand new.

02:47 Here is all their non-current tools that we took out of the system. The guys can go through these and see what they want to keep. But, that is all their non-current stuff.

02:59 Alright, well, we're going to head on down to Texas. We thank Tool Org. for the job and God for his help and we'll see you on the next project.
