Nothing but a bunch of lies and deceitful persons when you sing up with them. I expected more form this company. They won't oner the price and agreement form the original call.

If i could vote for no star i would . what type of company sends you the balance way after they disconnect your lights. Then close so early to where u have to wait till the next business day to get the lights reconnected . they totally overcharge you !!!!!! Im very disappointed in this company. You are a light company . How would you like it if you had to sleep in the dark or even spend extra money to stay in a room for the night. This is outrageous and very careless on the companies behalf .I have money on my account before they closed and my lights are still not connected. 😤😤😤😤

Horrible!!! Ive been with this company since I was 18 I'm now 30 and in the last year the service has went to $#!+! All they do is lie to get you off the phone they do not solve ANY issues! Ive called a total of 6 times bc I don't get my bills and 6 people 2 being supervisors said they'd fix it and still I don't receive my bills! My online account information gives me access to a total strangers account, they had my lights connected at my current and previous address when I only needed at my current address ! Customer service is nonexistent Ive been promised a call back by 3 different people and have yet to receive one. I'm completely over this company!!!

The worst customer service ever. I am going to cancel my acct with Direct for referring me to this company where no none speaks English. I have been trying to do a month to month pay as you go for a house i just purchased. it has been 4 days 6 phone call 4 hangs up or disconnect and I yet to have any electricity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A JOKE.. SHAME ON YOU DIRECT ENERGY....

I thought it was just me, but after reading these I can see It's just how they are. Very rude customer service, and they lie their asses off. I've been with them for years. Every time my contract is up they tell me that signing another one will get me a lower rate. I listen, and pay double from that day forward. I'm ending my relationship with them today. I've had enough. Do not use this company.

Do not use this electric company. Been a customer with them for 5 years and they are just awful. Trying to transfer services is a joke. Their website to make payments on causes you to have a double payments to hit your bank account. Then when you get your money back for one payment they try to say you still owe them money. Their customer care is ran by a bunch of idiots. You have to talk to about 20 different people to even get one person to understand what your talking about and even then nothing gets done. I can't wait till my contract is up with them so i can move on to a company that actually cares about their customers.

I just signed up with first choice power and was given the wrong plan. I called and the fixed it (he said). I now find that after paying $4.56 for 42kwh on one day. The next day I paid $9.56 for 44kwh. that is $2.50 per kwh for the 2 kwh more than the day before. I do not think that is right at all. I thought I was going to be saving a few dollars a month but I can tell now that the only way that is going to happen is if I change companies again. I may not be able to give less stars on the stars they provide for me but on here in my own rating, I give this company -10 stars (NEGATIVE 10) This company has one more chance with me. They can fix it or KISS MY ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
